Ha sido fantastico la relacion con esta empresa ( nowbeautyclub ) el trato ha sido exquisito y las compras fenomenal. Es un metodo de pagos, que no te enteras, y luego puedes hacer un pedido por el saldo sin pagar nada estupendo¡¡¡¡¡¡¡
El trato al clinte es estupendo, educados y te resuelven las dudas por completo.

After my review they contacted me to remove the review and then they would issue my refund. They never did that but got the whole sum back thanks to my bank.
Recommendation to everyone: do a chargeback.

Scam website, took my money, and never delivered the items. Crazy that they could submit this many robot 5-star reviews. Don't waste time contacting support, they will have excuses why they charged you without delivering anything. Go straight to your bank and dispute the payment.

It’s impossible to cancel the subscription I never agreed to

I had a very disappointing experience with Now Beauty Club. Their ordering process is deceptive and not transparent. When I placed my order, it looked like a simple one-time purchase, but I later discovered I had been automatically signed up for their so-called “club” and charged recurring fees of 48,45€ every two weeks without my clear consent.

To make matters worse, I never even received the original products I ordered. Despite being charged repeatedly, nothing ever arrived. I contacted the company multiple times to dispute this, but they refused to refund any of the money taken. Instead, I was left paying for a membership I never knowingly agreed to, with no products delivered and no resolution offered.

This kind of hidden subscription model feels like a trap rather than fair business practice, and their unwillingness to refund fraudulent charges shows a complete disregard for customers. Trust and transparency are the foundation of any good business, and unfortunately Now Beauty Club fails on both.

I strongly caution others to avoid ordering unless you want surprise charges tied to a membership you never signed up for — and the risk of never receiving the products you actually paid for. I will never shop with them again.

Mi experiencia es totalmente negativa como ya expliqué hace unos meses y coincidiendo exactamente con otras descritas aquí. He recibido un mail solicitándome más información. No tengo nada más que decir. Hice una compra , la pagué y ustedes no me enviaron el producto ni me devolvieron mi dinero. Esto es una ESTAFA.

Très compréhensible il réponde très vite

La verdad es que a nivel de precio es super competitivo y que el envío sea gratis solo a partir de 40€ también es un must
