Novus have completed our total kitchen renovation today and we are absolutely over the moon with it. From the surveying right through to the finishing all the Novus staff and their tradespeople have been fantastic, always going above and beyond to get things right and achieving the best outcomes for our needs. All work has been completed to an extremely high standard and all of the finishing checks are been thorough even picking up on tiny things that we would never have realised.
Would 100% welcome Novus back into our home to complete further renovations in future.

I had a brilliant experience with this company fitting a new kitchen at my property in Cannock,,they were very professional 👌 and I had no issues whatsoever throughout the whole process and therefore highly recommend them,,,

Novus started the works yesterday ( a new roof) and I would just like to say what a fantastic team of roofers you have employed! Just a few key points I'd like to mention.. the leader ( sorry I'm not great with names ) knocked on my door to let me know the plan. The communication skills were 10/10 the organisation and structure they have is brilliant! Such a polite bunch! They were very clean and tidy! Cleaned there mess when they left and knocked on to let me know the next steps going forward for the morning. Thank you for making this experience a little lighter with your great bunch! Thank you also for your communication throughout (Terrie) you are a brilliant asset to the team and metropolitan are truly lucky to have you guys carrying out the works! Such a professional company! I Highly recommend!!

Kevin and Kelsey are amazing at explaining all the work being done. The lads who got the work done are amazing and so friendly and polite.Thank you for the amazing work cant recommend you enough. Thx guys

This company worker's have not got a clue what they ment to be doing they use cheap products poor quality and are rip off for there work

We have had Novus in our property for 10 working days.From our first visit with Kelsey ,last year , we have been updated regularly right up to the week before work was carried out.Everyday a different trades person came , all were very polite , respected myself & our property , always keeping the area tidy before leaving . We were both overwhelmed with the work carried out a total refurb , including plastering , new floor , tiling and a complete bathroom suite for our wet room . We would like to thank each individual who have been part of our refurb , would highly recommend.

Just had a new kitchen fitted by novus team, old kitchen removed, new electrics, plastering, new floor, lighting, tiles, kitchen units and decorated. I can honestly say the whole team was amazing. Took so much pride in there work, and the end product is amazing. I'm so happy with my new kitchen. Thank you to everyone involved.

Thanks to Jason Hall of Novus we have a lovely new kitchen in our Riverside Housing Association home. I can truly say if it wasn't for his kind thoughtfulness and caring support we would not have had this kitchen done. Jason went above and beyond what he needed to, to make sure we were looked after from start to finish his support was massive. His work force were polite helpfull and excellent workman ship always on time. Communication was second to none with every day contact. If any questions arising Jason was at the end of a phone to help from the joiner, electrician's, painter to tilers to floor fitters i can't fault any of them. Thanks also to Mick & Ryan the finishing touches at the end of the fitting time make the kitchen a fully working kitchen. I would recommend Novus 100 % thank you all so much for a job well done!!!

The kitchen we had they did super job work people was good who came to do work was friendly

This company are unbelievably poor. How long does it take to complete 6 small canopies. At one point 5 or 6 men including 2 to hold the ladder then after 2 out of 6 are fully completed suddenly nobody to be seen for weeks. Well that's if you don't count the guy who sits in the Novus van for hours on end every morning. Maybe he can't bear to turn off the heater in his van. Poor fella, after all it is cold .... update: no work to complete canopies today however there has been 4 men wearing Novus jackets leaning on a van for an hour having a good old laugh & a chat. Novus, do you have any jobs going as it's obviously "money for old rope"?

I’ve given a 5 star maybe alittle generous , but overall I’m happy. The workmen were polite, and helpful, thanks to Jason and Robyn for their professionalism and help throughout .

Had my new kitchen fitted in January 2025 in Newark & Sherwood district, what an absolute pleasure it was. Professional, patient, hard working team, nothing is too much trouble and they go the extra mile. Great communication throughout. Many thanks for a fantastic kitchen 🤩 would 100% recommend to everyone

After the excellent work they did on my kitchen in February 2024, I was looking forward to them converting my bathroom into a wet room. I was not disappointed. The workmen arrived on time, were courteous, industrious and arrived on time each day. I would highly recommend them.
A special mention should go to the management I dealt with, Dave., Kevin and Kelsey. I will get some stick for this, but a special mention to Kelsey, whose phone number as a contact, I had, and was always available to answer my questions.

Overall the work has been outstanding and every tradesman has been exeptional,communication skills have been outstanding, very respectful of our property. Great team for Novus on all aspects.the team are a credit to novus
