Had my kitchen upgraded :-
Re plastered-new electrics-full kitchen fitted-flooring re-boarded and new flooring. Everything went smoothly, work men were professional and friendly. Cleaned up after themselves. Really pleased with end result.

The gentlemen were very nice and polite, they were also very helpful and explained all the catches on each window. Dust sheets were used to protect flooring and I think they done it in good time too I was surprised

I had a problem with my front door so arranged with my Housing Association for someone to come and have a look. So between 9.30am & 2.30pm the joiner was meant to attend. At 2.27pm thinking the joiner wasn't coming I got into my pjs then the buzzer went. It was the joiner from Novus who is 6ftish. So he looked at the door and said I had had the DOOR KICKED IN!! I asked why he didn't text or call he TOLD me that he doesn't do that and took his phone out and began strolling through his messages. Now I have had phone calls or texts from electricians or plumbers to say that they are on there way which is great! He told me what he was going to do and I asked "Is this a make do and mend repair?" and he said yes. I told him I didn't want that kind of repair and told him to leave!! I could feel my tears coming. I was so upset. I received a garbled voicemail from the company which was very aggressive!!!!!
I phoned the housing association again to arranged for the repair to be done again and was advised that the times would be the same. Again this joiners number appears. So I waited and waited until I was so anxious and in tears at about 1.15pm to phone the housing association again. Another appointment was made and yet again this joiners number appears.
HARASSMENT ISNT WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR!!!!!
I contacted my Housing Manager Alison who arranged for a different joiner to attend. I got the "Make Do And Mend" repair. Alison is an absolute superstar and don't know what I would do without her. 🌟

I am now getting a replacement boiler from Novus and guess what??? This Joiners Number has appeared on my phone!!!!!!
He makes me so anxious!!!! Im being bullied and harassed!!!!!

a very good experience all the trades were polite and friendly. Taryn and George communicated well and were very professional until the snagging which took a further six working days without any communication
as the trades just turned up when they wanted too

I'm very happy with the kitchen I received from Novus. All the trades were very friendly and polite. I would like to thank Taryn and George for their help throughout the works. I recommend Novus to anyone that is thinking about having a new kitchen.

I had my windows and 2 balcony doors replaced on 7th November. The team who came were amazing. They were incredibly organised. They worked well as a team. They all had roles and got on with it. They covered as much of the rooms as possible and the mess left at the end of the day was minimal dust. They cleaned and hoovered behind themselves. They were clear in what they were going to do and when and where we could be to keep out of the way.
The windows look amazing and there is no damage to the decoration round the windows. The team worked all day with only a very short break for lunch.
I could not be happier with them and the work they did.
I would happily have them back to do any work in my property.

Their plumber? Ian made a repair at 27 Broome Court, Runcorn. He never stopped yappiing. He never checked his work which his boss Carl never does. His incompetence left the Valve wide open & flooded the flat 15 below onto his fridge/freezer. I had to clear my storeroom again & switch off the valve myself. I had to replace goods into & out of my storeroom 4 times. I have asked that the plumber doesn't return on site again as he is a walking catastrophe. Joseph Farrell.
I had to stay awake until 0220 hrs until another plumber arrived & replaced valve correctly on 4.9.25

What an an absolute joke this company is, I live in an Anchor property who Novus has a maintenance contract with.
was due to have a new kitchen floor fitted, got it measured and ordered didn't here anything for weeks, chased it with location managers, was told it was booked in for 30th October PM.
took a day off work and moved all the white goods from my kitchen to lounge, no one turned up, no phone call, no contact or explanation.
spoke to location manager who tried to contact them again, they never answer their phones so she emailed, again no response until today when they have now said they will be coming on the 12th of November, not is that convenient or am I available! do they think because we live in a property for over 55's we have nothing better to do than sit around waiting for them to turn up, another day off work. absolute joke!!

Recently had windows,doors,boiler and radiators replaced and fitted due to winds being to dangerous the team who did windows and doors had to fit it in in one day and they absolutely smashed it out in a day effectively and taking into consideration our needs on the day with children with additional needs they were understanding,polite and very professional a fantastic team of guys working to a great standard leaving no mess behind and keeping everything tidy the house stays warmer with the new windows and doors and few days days following we had boiler and radiator replacement also done in a day all work was done with consideration the team were friendly and considerate and the new boiler is amazing a much needed upgrade than what we had. Also Tracey and the team at novas keeping us updated and awnsering all questions and enquiries fab team thankyou

Had my kitchen completely updated by Novus. I was dreading the upheaval and disruption but I have to say that all the trades were great, treated me with respect and worked quickly and tidily.
Really can't fault them and would highly recommend Novus

Great workmanship clean and tidy after work completed friendly staff I would like to thank managers Luke and Dean Taryn George Jacob Chad and all other trades that completed my Kitchen I can not thank them enough a credit to Novus.

Had new window and doors fitted, the team was on time, very professional, tidy and friendly. They did it in great time to a high standard. Tidying up and removing the old items too.

Very good, not no mess at all was left and nice people .
