Do not order from this company! They have promised me my order for months I have not received my order at all and they blamed it on me saying check the neighbors houses or maybe it was stolen, Keep promising me they would resend the order or my money back. Now they don't even respond to me at all

I ordered a set of 4 pairs of pants May 12th 2026. I have been emailing back and forth with Navforma since that time. They promised to mail the items for a second time due to me not receiving them the first go round. Long story short I don’t have the items. I requested a refund over a month ago just to be told over and over they are experiencing issues refusing. Please do not waste your money they are SCAMMERS!

Placed order in April. Package was not delivered at my location. Wanted my money back or resend order. They have so many delivery services they can't contact. They agreed to reimburse 60%. Have seen no refund. I email weekly and get the same message. It's been refunded but to much activity to get it posted.

"We apologize for the delay in your refund. We understand your frustration and assure you we're processing it as quickly as possible. However, banks are handling a high volume of refund requests, which may cause delays. Please be patient as we continue to process your refund. We will personally monitor its progress and promptly notify you of the status."

This is a scam. Do not purchase from them. Bank will immediately return your money.

Ordered shoes that never arrived. They said they shipped them twice and blamed fed-ex for my shoes not arriving. Then offered only a 70% refund. I just wanted my shoes. Do not trust or buy anything from this site. I give them negative 10 stars and 20 thumbs down! Very dissatisfied

SCAM. FRAUD. GASLIGHTING.
Purchased shirts. Was provided a tracking number that gave no specific details; no place names. Then was provided a "Delivered" message.
NO, nothing was delivered.
Offered to resend. Rinse. Repeat.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I ordered tops on April 27th and not only do I not have the tops but I also don’t have a refund.
I have never been through a worse experience purchasing any thing in my life. They’ve tried to give me more of their product, they tried several times to give me back some of my money…..you name it, they’ve tried it. I wanted my money back so I finally had to call my credit card company and file a dispute.
I would warn anyone that’s thinking about buying a product from them. They are not running an honest, reputable business.

This is a SCAM website. Didn’t receive first shipment and customer service said they would re-send. Both alleged shipments took about 2 weeks and tracking said delivered (the replacement shipment supposedly arrived this afternoon - I was home and zero deliveries).

When I tried to find out more from the link on the order email it took me to a site where I was now blocked.

Never received items originally ordered in April, the scam tracking website they use said it was delivered but the tracking itself was very vague and listed no cities. I complained and their "customer service " claimed to send another package, but the tracking on the second one was even more vague than before. I don't believe they actually shipped the items. Stay away!

I ordered some waffle tops from this company for $35.90 which they received payment that same day. The company showed tracking as item delivered, but not! I contacted customer service and they said they would ship again and their tracking showed again showed delivery. Once again, nothing delivered. I contacted again with issue and stated I would contact my bank. Now they want to issue only a 70% refund! Really! I got bogus tracking and no delivery! I have front and door ring cameras and can prove no delivery. They Don’t send their product but take your payment!!!

I ordered and it took exactly 30 days for shipping . I was tracking my order and when it supposedly arrived, I was home and I received nothing . I asked all my neighbors if they had not received a package that did not belong to them and no one had. After looking for the package everywhere, I decided to email the company but no one replied. So frustrating. I paid for my order and received nothing. Your company is a rip off. Bad customer service and a scam.

Exactly as the other customer reviewed. Order placed, stated 33.1 days later it was delivered but alas I received no package. I will be reversing my payment! BIG TIME SCAM!!!!

The order never arrived even though the tracking number indicated that it had. Tracking never disclosed which courier was supposed to deliver it. The company still insists it was delivered but begrudgingly will issue a 60% refund. They refused to tell me who the courier was, so I was unable to contact them directly to find out what happened. I will never order anything from them again. The company is based in China.

With the prices they're advertising, this is most likely a scam. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! I'd love to get 24 shirts for $35.90. That's garage sale, not even thrift store, prices!
