From start to finish novita diamonds was fantastic. The help and depth of knowledge the guys showed when helping me chose which engagement ring, then the wedding bands everything was faultless. We had to have a couple of re-sizing done which was no problem at all, got the rings back pretty quickly too,

The guys pushed through the engagement ring as I wanted it for when we went on holiday and it was a tight window to get it all done but they went above and beyond to make sure the ring was done and ready for the big surprise,

The whole process was amazing! Very easy to schedule an appointment in the showroom, where they really take their time to understand what you want and consult you accordingly. Even after the purchase, they quickly answer any order-related question and are attentive for any follow-up, might it be the pickup or size adjustments afterward.

Was a great experience overall. I bought an engagement ring and was consulted by the team very nicely. They were incredibly helpful. The diamond's sparkle catches attention which ofcourse wins me some husband points. All in all, they have good products of high quality and combine it with great service.

The wife and I cannot recommend Novita Diamonds Sydney anymore highly. The knowledge, professionalism and warmth of their Diamond Specialist was second to none. The quality of their lab grown diamonds is showcased in the photos on their website. I could not afford a 1.8 carat round brilliant diamond when I first got engaged. I made a promise to myself that one day I would upgrade my wife’s engagement ring to a round brilliant and I just recently learnt about lab grown diamonds. Lab grown diamonds are REAL diamonds made from pure carbon and are a much more affordable option than mined diamonds. Novita Diamonds are a highly reputable company and trusted specialists in this field. Recently decided to 'upgrade' my engagement ring and since our daughter had bought a lab diamond from Novita in London, decided to go and see them in Auckland, New Zealand. I dealt with a gorgeous young woman called Aly who was so patient and helpful in helping me make a decision as to what I wanted.I am blown away by the cost difference between a lab diamond and a mined diamond. Also impressed by the fact it's an ethically sourced diamond. I am so thrilled with my new solitaire ring, it has exceeded all my expectations and I just wanted to give a big shout out to Aly whose service was superb. Novita I will be back!

Fuimos con cita previa al showroom de BCN. El trato recibido fue excelente. Tienen mucho estoc y te explican todo lo referente a las tallas, quilates,..etc pero tb puedes confeccionar tu joya a medida escogiendo acabados en oro o platino y medidas y formas de diamantes. Los diamantes de laboratorio tienen un brillo espectacular. Están certificados y son preciosos. Ya hace tiempo que me estaba documentando sobre éstos y finalmente , compré una dormilonas. Muy recomendable para las que nos gustan las joyas bonitas, éticas y brillantes . Repetiré seguro!

After fully customising my partners engagement ring and ordering it, within 2 hours I was contacted by a customer service rep, to assist in my design and make changes that were adequate to get the ring ASAP. The ring was created and delivered in a timely manner, and the ring is everything my fiancé and I ever could have dreamed of. My fiancé has since had the ring resized and the face to face customer service was incomparable.

I highly recommend Novita Diamonds to anyone looking to drop the knee and pop the question.

Excellent experience with Novita, I bought an engagement ring this year. They were super helpful and accommodating every step of the way. I came in to view the engagement rings a few times which was no issue and returned with family to view as well.

Excelente experiencia para la compra de mis primeros pendientes de diamantes de laboratorio. Nos atendió Enrique y fue muy amable y paciente en todo momento. Pudimos probarnos todas las tallas y medidas que quisimos porque tienen mucho estoc y en todo momento nos aconsejaron muy bien en función de la armonía y estética que buscaba. Los diamantes son preciosos, montados en oro de diferentes colores y/o platino y no son pesados. Muy aconsejable para las que nos gustan las joyas bonitas y éticas . Repetiremos seguro 👍🏻✨.

My husband got my engagement ring with Novita and loved it so much he insisted we get out wedding bands as well! I can understand why since the process was so seem less and they were happy to accomodate any requests or changes we required.
