The suite was delivered with care and the two delivery men were courteous and very polite, respectful of property. The suite itself is very well made and fits perfectly in our house.

Bit dubious ordering a sofa without seeing it and with there being no direct contact number and just email and WhatsApp number instead. However ordered anyway. Sofa arrived with a broken leg. I excepted delivery. Delivery company took photos and I then contacted Novara Living via WhatsApp and I was contacted same day and dealt with Michelle who was fantastic advised me a new leg would be posted out which they did and actually sent me 3! I have given full 5 stars due to Michelle who contacted me regularly throughout and made sure everything was ok. Very happy.

Amazing Customer Experience - we saw Novara Living online and we were sceptical in ordering but when spoke to Charlie, he was very supportive with all my questions. I ordered a few samples and they arrived right away. I then spoke to the sales team again and they went through all dimensions, delivery and warranty. I was super impressed about how they went out their way to give me all the information needed! Couple of weeks later, i was notified about my delivery and they were very good at communicating, assembled the sofa and removed the packaging. Thanks Novara Living

Super friendly service provided by Jade. She is very knowledgeable about the products offering helpful advice in decision making. At no point did we feel pressured into purchasing the sofa. Jade went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choices.
I later called Jade back on the phone to add a further item to our order, which she happily deal with.

We bought a Kingsize Paris Bed with ottoman gas lift. We decided to go with Novara Living based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews online compensating the fact that there is no showroom available. We were a bit worried at first but honestly with what we get so far, we couldn't be happier with Novara Living
1. Very competitive price. We compared the prices from a lot of major bed brands that offer Ottoman bed base and Novara Living matches if not beats them all, especially with delivery and assembly service included
2. Wide range of fabric color/ materials.Novara Living has way more selection with regards to color / materials of fabric than a lot of the more well-known high-street brands
3. Smooth customer service. They send you fabric sample quickly, keep you updated on your product, and accommodate to your delivery date preference
4. Superb delivery and installation service (which does not cost you extra!). There were 2 very polite and friendly assembly workers who really went the extra miles to carry the bed through our narrow staircase and put it together carefully in our bedroom
