Nova is the place to be!
If it wasn’t for Nova, I wouldn’t be who or where I am today! All the PT’s and members are so lovely and friendly, they support you in every way possible! I was at rock bottom about myself/weight and the PT’s picked me straight back up, without them I wouldn’t of been able to achieve half of what I’ve done at Nova! The workouts and equipment are incredible and tailor to everyone’s individual needs. Being part of Nova is like a second family! It’s not your ordinary gym!

I absolutely love Nova! I joined Nova in January and not only have I had a physical transformation but also a mental one. I would never be one to say this before but I now actually enjoy working out!! The staff at Nova are incredibly supportive and welcoming and always go above and beyond for their members. There is an incredible community of people who all support and encourage each other. All of the workouts are programmed for you ahead of time which takes away any of the stress and anxieties of not knowing what to do in a gym. Honestly it's the best gym I've ever been to. Fantastic equipment, supportive staff and an amazing community of members. What more could you ask for? Cannot recommend enough!

The best gym I have been to. I feel so comfortable there, no gym anxiety like I had in other gyms and it’s perfect to go and know what you’re doing because it’s all already been planned! The coaches are and the other gym members are all amazing, we are a great community who all push each other to do better. The app is also great for keeping track of your weights so you know when you’re smashing new goals!

Always great service, super friendly and welcoming! Always excited to go for my sessions been there for nearly 6 weeks and already seeing results in my strength! Amazing! It’s a must.

YES. Everything about Nova is a big fat YES! If you haven’t signed up already, DO! This gym is something else. Amazing coaches, amazing space, amazing vibe, amazing workouts and amazing community. I can’t shout about it enough. It’s the place to be!

I can’t imagine going to a commercial gym ever again! Nova makes everyone feel so comfortable, the staff are so supportive and the members are so friendly, it is a little community that all cheer each other on and celebrate the journey together.

As a lady in her mid 40’s and overweight, I have been wanting to work on my health and fitness but was a bit intimidated training alone in a commercial gym. Nova has provided a non-judgmental, welcoming environment to work out in. The personal trainers are supportive, positive and motivating, the environment is welcoming and the community they have built is one I’m proud to be part of. Training with a group of like-minded people has boosted my confidence, I now look forward to my sessions and am excited about my future fitness goals. I would highly recommend joining Nova to all that want to develop their fitness.

Love the space, the coaches and the community. As semi private training it
feels like a really exclusive club and just really friendly. I was never a fan of the big commercial gyms as it could be quite intimidating but here there is a real sense of belonging to a club of like minded people. Love love love it!
