These meals have really helped me to achieve my gym & nutrition goals. The meals are super tasty, great portion sizes & all the macros are on the labels making tracking effortless. Would highlight recommend to fellow gym gals!! Will be buying these again.

The food is very tasty and easy to cook. It is good for people who don’t have time to make quality food at home. Good for snacking or for meals with plenty of variety.

Used for about 4 weeks, almost every week the dish was changed somehow not for the better. Cancelled the subscription then they randomly took money from my account and delivered food after I requested a refund and the food not to be delivered. They said there’s nothing they can do it’s already past the deadline date. I’ve asked them not to send the second delivery and donate it to a homeless shelter. Hopefully they can do some good out of this as I dont want the food and it will go to waste here.

Very bland food. Any dish that is advertised as a ‘curry’ come as rice, meat and seemingly no sauce or flavour. Absolutely not worth the money!

Charged my account 192 pounds after I cancelled the order.
Had 2 deliveries. The food was AWFUL. Inedible. One delivery was on Wednesday and the other on Sunday. After trying for a week I cancelled on Monday. I was charged for the next week. I wrote an email. Was told I had to cancel at 4am on a Sunday. 4am ! When my family and I had not fully even tried the food.
These people are horrible and have no business sense. The food needs to be binned and they really ought to shut down.
I had to inconvenience myself and cancelled my debit card as these people despite me cancelling took my money. They had DPD deliver the food on wednesday who tried to sneakly leave it at our doorstep without ringing the doorbell. We caught DPD and returned the food as we had cancelled the order. Then again they are insisting on sending the food on Sunday 6 days after we have cancelled. Horrendous company.

Delivery and packaging is great but the food is so terribly disappointing.
Virtually no vegetables is already a big no for me. There's nothing nourishing or healthy about it if you can't even meet five a days.
The food is poor quality and poorly prepared. Very bland taste. Every day I have been dreading having to eat this stuff.
Also, it's worth noting that portions are pretty small. The average meal is around 400 calories.

Some food tastes nice. Spaghetti is cut to short makes it difficult to eat. Also the macros aren’t correct protein is not enough either or doesn’t match had to cancel

I've been with Nourish Fit Food for about 3 months, long enough to get to know their menu. The main issue is consistency. Let me give some examples.

One of the meal choices is Spanish Omelette. The variation in size of slice is 3x, the smallest being little more than a mouthful. That means for the over £6 per meal cost you're getting something worth 30p.

Another meal is the Steak Dianne. Previous format was a small piece of frying steak with some new potatoes and a pot of Dianne source. Last week the meal had morphed into some rice/semolina with a few bits of stewing steak and a sickly cream sauce. I had not been told, they all went in the bin.

I'm not out to give this company a hard time, I like what they do and being prepared to offer normal food is a great thing but I can't put up with the chopping and changing. Food should be weighed before leaving, a quality control if necessary and if you make big changes to a meal, tell people specifically. I did leave feedback but never received any response, as a result I've cancelled my subscription.

There are so many fresh pre prepared meal companies around, each one really has to be on top of their game.
I tried this one for a week and the deliveries are great, packaging great, website looks great BUT
The quality and consistency is BAD
Poor menu development, cheap ingredients and nothing like the meals shown on website.
Badly cooked ( looked like real mass production ) and I certainly would not recommend or return.

Great food at a reasonable price. If your training you have to have the right meal prep and this company certainly does that for you.

Horrible food. Bland, badly cooked, unseasoned. Miso cod - to be fair the cod and the miso sauce was quite nice, but accompanying it was two (yes, two) green beans and a mound of bland, unseasoned brown rice. Gnocchi - chicken dry and overcooked, gnocchi was totally hard and inedible, did someone say butter beans? Well there was none in mine. Went in the bin. Beef satay - beef, rice, egg. Beef stringy and unpleasant, rice tasted totally burnt. Again inedible...also in the bin. I have two more meals to try but I don’t think I’ll bother. Not nice (and really I’m not fussy at all)

awful, mostly rice, badly cooked rice, about 1 pounds worth of food for 7 pound and it isn't even nice good food, this is not a healthy diet.

We ordered these as we just welcomed a newborn to the house and needed some healthy food, fast, that tastes good and has good portions. Would highly recommend these to anyone that needs good healthy food fast. It saved up eating crap through Deliveroo for 3-4x the cost.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this company is fantastic and need the recognition they deserve!

I'm in the first week of my subscription, and all of the meals have been delicious so far! Portion sizes are good, especially if you're trying to eat healthy and maintain/lose weight. We went for the two meals a day for both me and my partner and they have really saved time in the day. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE cooking, but we're both self employed and work 12 hour days most of the week so we never really have time. We've both tried new things this week that we wouldn't usually buy/cook and we've already put them in our order for next week. I'd recommend the Teriyaki Salmon, Miso Cod and Butternut Squash Risotto with Chicken! Firm favourites!

We had a slight issue with two of our meals being damaged (in transit, nothing to do with NFF) and they answered us right away and compensated us for the damage. The food was still okay to eat and (again) tasted amazing! Honestly, the level of customer service is outstanding. You guys should be really proud of yourselves.

A really good meal prep company! People complaining about portion sizes ... well it’s all about portion control that’s what this company is about. Good home cooked food whilst being portion controlled! If you are greedy and love massive portions this isn’t for you. The food is gorgeous! Always love ordering from here

just received my first set of meals - they are tiny! Literally half the size of freshfitnessfood and same price. Cancelled straight away, not good value for money at all

I had high hopes as the menu looked really good and they were one of the few companies that specified and had a wide gluten free menu.

However, on three occasions I was given food with gluten in, despite saying it was gluten free on the label (cous cous instead of quinoa). Luckily I could spot it before I ate it but I would definitely not recommend for those with food allergies etc. Of the food I could eat, it was really bad and some of it I literally chucked away. I wasn't sure if I was being fussy but I gave away what had gluten in, and others also agreed. It was also carb and meat heavy with little veg - think rice, a chicken breast and some hot sauce. That would perhaps be okay, but it was £7 a meal!

Finally the customer service was on the whole fairly good... when they responded. I had to wait over three weeks for the refund of the meals with gluten in it.

I was also frustrated they automatically signed me up for a second order, so I had about 2 weeks of expensive, disgusting food.

I feel bad giving a bad review in the current economic climate, but as I based my decision on the sole trustpilot review, I want to give others a more nuanced picture!

Update: I wrote the above in 2020, but having spent a similar amount on detox kitchen since then - and the food being MARKEDLY improved, having recyclable packaging etc. and since seeing all the negative reviews (and the suspicious 5 star ones) I've updated from 2 stars to 1 star. Detox Kitchen - sort yourselves out, I'm surprised you're still running!
