The meals have dramatically decreased in quality and smaller portions. Really inflexible with changing orders and very untrustworthy with the subscription service. Feels like they are ripping you off.
Most meals are very boring, bland and overpriced. I's possible to create tastier preservative free meals that have more seasoning and are more inventive. I only really like one meal (the pumpkin lasagna) and the baba ghanoush is decent but needs salt/hummus added. I much prefer ordering from Dineamic (I eat low carb).

I find some of the meals inedible I.e. Savoury mince with Baba Ganoush for one. Savoury mince should be served with potato. Secondly, the Portuguese Chicken had so much Cinnamon in i had to put it in the outside bin. Portuguese Chicken is a spicy tomato recipe,not middle eastern. I would love a normal lasagne too. Not one stacked with Pumkin. I am really happy that I can get Gluten free meal delivery but, just because I'm Coeliac doesn't mean I want exotic food. Just normal everyday food. My favourites are Spag Bol, Curried Sausages, cottage pie. Thank you

Some meals are OK, a couple I have found to be inedible. You have to be really selective with what you order. The ingredients they use are great, but all the meals are crying out for some seasoning. If you add salt to every meal it makes it a bit better.
Their all day big breakfast is the best meal they have in my opinions, as well as the chicken masala (good sauce to rice ratio), paella with brown rice, spanish egg cups and naked chicken parmi.
Other options aren't so great, such as the butter chicken (too much rice for the sauce, no flavour and my portion had lots of large bone fragments in it!), the home cooked mac & cheese with grilled chicken was unfortunately inedible, and anything with bulled beef like the fajitas I would avoid as the meat clumps together like a big stringy ball.
I think I will still try a few more orders with the meals I know I like, then maybe try elsewhere

Being gluten free and having coeliac disease it’s so hard trying to find a product that taste good and is easy to find and with nourished we have found that , plus it breaks up the week regarding who’s cooking dinner so 5 stars from us . 🙌🙌🙌🙌

I got my first order delivered today so we could have some ready to go options on hand for one of my daughters who is Coeliac.
So far, the Chicken Masala with Basmati Rice and Chicken Singapore noodles have been taste tested and both were very tasty!
I'm sure the other two meals we ordered will be too.
We ordered the family size in 2 of meals and XL in the other 2.
With them portioned out for my daughter who's not a big eater, it works out amazing value for us 😊

Very small meals, meat is dry. For $13.99 on average per meal you would expect better quality, also very watery and heating recommendation is 2-3 minutes. I usually have to double that as its frozen in the middle still. As a celiac it is already expensive eating gluten free but my experience with nourish'd is disappointing :(.

Nourishd have been a game changer for me. I'm coeliac and on NDIS where I get meals in my plan. I had tried other companies before but you only got a few options that were gluten free so it got old quickly. Also the food wasn't great. Nourishd has been completely different, so much choice! I try everything and love most choices, I just make a note of what's not for me which they make easy on their website. Customer service is through the roof, my first order went out of date before the new order was due so I had to freeze some meals. I told them when they called to ask how I was going and they fixed it very next order! Thanks guys! I'm a happy little coeliac now ❤️

I wrote a review of this company a couple of days ago and when i thought things could not get worse they did. After trying to cancel my order, not getting a response, receiving the order and the food was warm. I contacted the company and they refunded my monies for the goods. After this I had no intention of ordering from them again but according to the company, which I now absolutely don't believe that my order was set for an ongoing subscription. I knew that I had not done this as I was very careful and only wanted the foods for 1 week delivery. I received a confirmation text for an additional order on Wednesday evening, and I contacted them straight away telling them that I had not re-ordered. On Thursday morning I received a message from their company saying that the order was a weekly one and that it was too late to cancel my order. An amount of $165 was deducted from my card. I called them 4 times and emailed them twice and they did not answer. At 03:03 on 25 January 2026 I received a text message saying that my order had been delivered. I immediately got up and brought the order inside. Again, the food was warm, but not only that it was random food that I will and would never eat. The food was insufficiently packed AGAIN but have put it in my fridge and I will never eat this food. This proves to me that this is NOT a repeat of my original order. I am totally disgusted with this company and would not recommend them at all and will be going to the Office of Fair Trading and FSANZ. Their Customer Service is abhorrent and the correspondence that I got from the company after trying to cancel it was not even 1 star.

We have used Nourish’d for quite some time, only recently ending our subscription due to the countless issues we have experienced with their service. The food itself is good quality and preservative free which was our attraction, but constantly receiving meals that are unsealed, split in the box, having to throw out meals because we don’t know how long they have been unsealed for or contaminated with.
Don’t bother selected your meals preferences either the week prior. You will never get what you select which is frustrating
Overall, I would not recommend Norish’d unless you are happy to deal with inconsistencies most week.

Don't get the insurance.
I have been getting the meals for a while. The meals are generally good quality and I do like the other meat products more than the chicken. Problem is the delivery, items missing, items I did not order. Last shipping I did not receive at all, also I was told I did. I cancelled the service. I had insurance. You would think that is great, because I get the money back? No I don't they give credit for that money. Which is a bit fraudulent.

Food was ok, I raised concerns with the delivery system, when they send out a link it it shows on the map the delivery drivers personal address along with every stop on their run. Nothing to stop someone from stopping at those addresses & collecting the box, also a breach of personal privacy having my home address available to any other users. I was told in the phone that there was no way for them to correct it, there wasn't realistically a plan to change it.
This week due to their holiday closures, the order I thought had been placed before cutoff just didn't turn up, even though their system allowed me to place the order with a delivery date of the 28th, confirmed by email.
Beware I see that other people have complained about the subscription hook which means I sign up for a potentially never ending repeat of my orders. The fine print does refer to a subscription offer but firstly it should be an opt in not an opt out. secondly, since we opened an account, I would take "subscription " to mean the account we opened and not see that we were going to get repeated orders, without any email trigger to signal that "the system", as they put it will just keep re generating my order. I found out the hard way with food invoiced far in excess of our needs. Don't even bother to try to get a credit they just stonewall you and refer to the fine print. Also, on the last delivery we got a text, which I did not notice, that we were going to get a delivery on a Friday when our day was confirmed to be the following Monday. We arrived home on the Monday to meet a truck who was about to deliver. I wonder about the security of their cold chain as it seemed he had my order in the truck for three days!!! I want some compensation for this mess up and not advice to read the fine print.

The Nourish'd meals are well prepared and presented, but.
Selecting your own meals each order works well, but don't reply on staff picking similar meals if you go onto an auto weekly or fortnightly plan.
My meals that I had chosen were low carb. I make small compromises when selecting my meals, as Nourish'd is not a Keto specialist.
The meals I received when left to Nourish'd had massive carbs. The risotto that was very high in carbs was thick and stodgy. An apology was given, but I still felt ripped off and ended up throwing out some of the meals because they were ridiculously high in carbs.
In the conversation with Nourish'd staff, I pointed out that keto food is pretty much gluten free, with a few exceptions.
I will stick with Nourish'd for now, but with caution. I recommend food choices to my clients, and feel I cannot set and forget their meals. I hope there is some improvement in the near future.

Good: Food is really yummy and flavoursome, portion size is great too - (we order Large for lunch, XL for dinners).
Areas for improvement: The delivered boxes are really heavy to pick up, too many items are in the box and have damaged packaging, also the gel from cooling bags have leaked on every delivery to date, so it gets messy and washing that off is quite annoying.
Unfortunately I’ve found a lot of the meals are really high in sodium - I’ve seen single meals contain the whole recommended daily sodium intake (or close to) which is far too high and restricts our choices.
Lastly, I understand it’s not viable to have salads but it would be really great to include single serve proteins so customers can just purchase some ‘grilled chicken pieces’ or similar as a side option so we can just add to a salad or a sandwich. Would also be great to add little GF salad dressings sachets too. Of course this is just a wish list that would make life so much easier and provide more options while eating a gluten free diet.

I'm a long term customer, making weekly orders since 2021. I've tried a lot of food service companies, and Nourish'd always came out on top for fresh, whole ingredients and palatable meals. However, I believe they have become a victim of their own success and grew too big to the point that the quality and taste of meals is now on par as every other meal delivery company. Although perhaps Nourish'd is now worse, because now every meal I receive has less than 3 days before the expiry date, and I only have the choice of one delivery date per week, which means I get, at most, 3 usable dinners per week. So it's become a useless service for me. Given the meals are now also inedible, though, with meat dry as a bone and vegetables turned to slop, I guess the expiry dates matter little. So disappointed in their inability to scale their offering.

I’ve tried all the local meal delivery companies in Brisbane and Nourishd is by far the Best to order from. Good tasting and clean ingredients used. Not every meal is my favourite but hey the variety is there and I enjoy the meals I like.
