Nourish product prices have been elevated so much lately that I feel I honestly have to take my business elsewhere. It has become not more expensive than other stores, but downright robbery.
For example, today I purchased a jar of Clipper Super Special Organic Coffee for 7.00 Euro in a small health store. Nourish are charging 8.80 Euro for the exact same product. The same can be said for a lot of their other products, like the Clearspring Organic 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
I completely fail to see the justification in this, as surely any business should employ the basic business model of retaining current customers, and gaining new ones. I know of other people who have ceased in their support of Nourish, again, not because it's more expensive, but because they genuinely feel robbed (financially) when they exit the store!
A sad day for an extremely loyal customer. Well, ex-customer!

Just received my order today. I was very happy with how fast it arrived. The wrapping up the products was appreciated, and they had covered the box "handle with care" as my products were fragile. First time ordering and will order again hassle free and a great selection of products. You could really tell that this company appreciates the sale.

Online order for collection the same day. It was so simple.
No hassle or complications.

I never received a purchase confirmation let alone notification that my goods had arrived in store. The 2 stars is for the apologetic member of staff.

Hi there, thank you so much for letting me try to reach Nourish attention. I did an online shop last Sunday through the Nourish website, and I got an automatic email saying that my shipping would arrive within 2 working days, today is Friday It has not arrived yet. I have tried to reach Nourish through its social media channels to get some information about my purchase and it has been "an impossible mission". I am vegan so most of the products I bought are essential vitamins for my health and I have been waiting without any response so I would like to get a refund of my purchase from the company. I have always had great shopping experiences in Nourish until today, walking away from the shop feeling a bit hurt as one of the staff members decided to get great pleasure in imparting his personal opinion about someone to the other staff member who had just arrived out on the floor and as I was the only customer in the shop, I didn't know whether to assume it was directed at me or not but felt it was, judging by the other staff member's observations and attempt to rectify the situation by complimenting me. So a big thank you to her... We are all going through a bit of a strenuous time presently, some people more than others. Management might want to remind staff members to remain polite and keep their opinions to themselves at least until after a customer has left the shop. Otherwise, it reflects badly on the business!

Nice store, has some Irish products

I dropped by on Sunday to collect my order. The shop assistant was super pleasant and allowed me to process a refund with no issues. She also helped me pick out a suitable vitamin.

Really like the product range - found my favourite Scandinavian beauty brands and German food goodies, which didn't expect be available in Ireland.

And overall pleased with the shopping experience - easy-to-navigate website, free collection and/or 5 eur delivery within Dublin.

Most of the items are on higher price end, but they are of a good quality and I wouldn't expect doing regular or weekly shopping there - just to buy couple of nice things to treat yourself.

I look all their products. The staff are all so knowledgable about the different skin products they have.

The website was easy to use and had any info I needed when researching the products I wanted. When I went to the shop for my Click & Collect the staff were friendly and ensured safety guidelines were followed as well!
