My dietician, Christine, explains things in simple and practical manner that fits my live style. I am glad I found Nourish to help me be accountable in the least stressful way. The app is easy to use and it helps me log my information to have extensive discussions with my dietician to target areas where I need to improve.

Sydney made me feel comfortable talking with her. It's embarrassing to share with people. She made it seem like its ok, to be doing it wrong. And that's why were talking now to try and fix it. I was avoiding carbs and she explained that they are needed for the energy I lack. And how eating higher fiber will help with my blood sugars.

Shayla helped me to rethink how I view food. I used to think I needed to eat less to lose weight but in my case it was not beneficial. I needed to eat more to increase my metabolic demands. I don’t feel nervous to eat, but feel excited to eat a well balanced meal now. Shayla was kind and encouraging, because this is definitely an emotional journey.
