Fantastic company, customer service and products. Genuinely healthy snacks.

I've bought a few times from Nourish directly now, after trying their products via Abel & Cole and Ocado. The short review is that I now have a regular subscription from them so that should speak for itself! Out of their products I prefer their various bars and the Almond and Apricot flapjacks. Technically, they are expensive but I also make a lot of keto foods myself and they're not particularly cheap to make from scratch at home so to have someone make them for you, ship them to you and provide them in bulk to freeze and enjoy for weeks on end... that makes them value for money. The quality is high and consistently so, the bars and flapjacks are overall excellent but the strawberry mousse and caramel bars are out of this world in my opinion! My other half, Karl, feels the same way about the Peppermint bars and both of us fight over the flapjacks. I am keto so I have these as treats and very often make sure I have an almost zero carb day so I can 'spend' my spare carb allowance and relax in the evening with a huge cup of tea and a gorgeous bar of delightfulness. Sometimes you even get a little sample to try sent unexpectedly!

Love my peppermint products and re delivery, I was expecting to get a message telling me when I could collect but instead they were delivered by hand, carefully packaged and fully chilled! Amazing service!

Products are perhaps too good to share (looking at you, Coconutty bars!) yet if you do, you will surely earn karma! Highly giftable.

Service from this tiny but lovely little enterprise is also outstanding, and I feel good buying from them thanks to their commitment to reduced/reusable/recyclable packaging and selection of higher quality ingredients.

Unbelievably easy to order and my parcel arrived less than 24hrs later!! These products are FABULOUS!! I eat low carb to avoid medications for my T2 diabetes and almost all are suitable as a sweet treat. I’ve bought some of the savoury Tumeric to see what they are like.

I haven't had a chance to try all the flavours yet, but the three I've tried are delicious. Full of nutritious and tasty ingredients. It's nice to have something sweet and yet nutritious now and then. Excellent service too!

Absolutely delicious products and VERY filling because they're made with pure and healthy ingredients.
The bars might seem pricey, compared with other products, but they're worth every penny. You get what you pay for and if you want a cheaper alternative full of sugar, unhealthy fats and additives then these bars aren't for you.
If you're on a budget but want to eat well then cut one of these bars in half.
You won't be disappointed!!!!

I am a huge fan of Nourish Bars! These bars are a perfect combination of taste and nutrition. What's amazing is that they are incredibly delicious while still being healthy, which is hard to find in snacks. I have tasted all the flavors, and they are irresistible. Moreover, they are the perfect guilt-free snack that fits my keto diet.
I particularly love the variety in the Bar Selection Box. It's a great way to ensure I never run out of my favourites, especially Strawberry & Choc Mousse Bars. Each bar is a little bundle of joy!

Did not receive my order and the company refuses to refund me as I was not in to receive the order even though I was at work when they notified me a delivery would be made. Then I was informed my parcel had been left at the post office and was not informed that it would not be refrigerated so by the time I could get to post office it had been out of the fridge for too long
