I ordered the my little pony candy corn shirt and its very cute and comfortable however it took about 70 days for it to finally arrive, most of that time the order was unfulfilled. i might get myself another one of these mlp shirts but im debating on it.

I have been ordering from NYAB for awhile now and I love their designs that they come up with. I get the monthly boxes and I’m always excited when they arrive. The shipping might take a little long on some things but it’s definitely worth the wait! Also if there is any issue their customer service is always super helpful!!

I just received my yearly halloween mystery box (yes i get one every year!) and i cannot put into words how amazing this company is when it comes to putting boxes together for their customers. When you order a mystery box (usually easter, halloween & christmas times. NOT monthly boxes, those are different) you have the option for either an all around mystery or picking a topic for them to focus in on (NBC, horror, Michael Myers etc.) I always just opt in for the complete surprise & let me say, this company has hit the nail on the head & more every.single.time. The time & effort they put into their products & getting things out as fast as they possibly can for being a small business. I’ve never had an issue with anything I’ve ordered before & if I ever do wonder when my package is going to ship (somethings can take longer as they support other small businesses, so take a deep breath) all I do is send them a quick email or DM and someone ALWAYS gets back to me within a day. They are starting to do more ready to ship launches which is amazing!!! Can’t wait to see all the new merch!

Ordered something on Sept 1st hoping it will arriving mid October and still haven’t received any updates. I even emailed them asking for any updates but they didn’t help me. I am very disappointed.

Sadly, I am unable to speak on the items I have purchased due to the fact that I have yet to receive an email that they have been shipped. As a small business owner myself, I understand that when a business is highly demanded it can take time, but I purchased over $100 worth in August. The website does state 5-30 BUSINESS days, which I was more than happy to wait. I reached out after those 30 days and received an email back two days later, stating it would be shipped out soon, but no actual time frame on when and that was over a week ago. The products look amazing and it's 100% my style, but I am very dissatisfied with my first order (again not the products, can't speak on them) considering the amount spent. I am to the point where I feel I should request a refund, knowing I will receive that before my order, which makes me super sad. I do really encourage people to purchase from this site, as their products are so cool, but only if you're willing to wait 2+ months. This is just my personal experience, obviously, and I wish I could give a better review, but this whole process has not been ideal as the items purchased were specially for events that have passed/are coming up and the month has 9 days left. Unfortunately, I do not see myself purchasing again unless I do so months in advance.

I cannot express enough how absolutely amazing & phenomenal NYAB has been to work with initially I seen them advertised on FB but when I was ready to place the order the ad was gone so I went to the website placed the order paid full price the next day noticed the ad again and they were running a promo for your first order I reached out on facebook was refunded for the difference because my order didn’t have the promo code with the discount included when I placed the order I paid for 2 day shipping & I reached out to just check the status of my order as I ordered sweatshirts for a specific day & NYAB made sure I got them just in time the pleasure was absolutely all mine I will be ordering more from them in the future for sure

I absolutely love my Halloweentown Benny sweatshirt!!! It was shipped fast and arrived just in time for me to wear it when I visit St. Helens Halloweentown! 😍

My first purchase was the boo bucket cup! NYAB releases the cutest stuff! Fast shipping and I was very pleased when I received my order. I will be ordering again and I’ve actually gotten a few of my family members to place orders as well.

I’ve been ordering from Not Your Average Babe for the past 3 years and their items are all great quality. I’ve ordered their sweaters, shirts and blankets and honestly the items are just as soft as when i got them. The quality of the items doesn’t fade. They’re quick to respond to customer service and shipping time is fairly quick. They often also have great deals and mystery items. You’ll be hooked :) and won’t regret it.

Absolutely loved the clothes that I ordered from here! The pullovers are a great quality, soft, super comfortable to wear and the designs look amazing! 10/10 recommend

They take your preferences into consideration when you’re ordering, and their timelines for shipping are accurate. They update you any time there is a progress change.

***EDIT to add that 2 hours after writing this review Not Your average Babe just randomly refunded my order with no word as to why, What a terrible way to be get more clients!!! Don't write bad reviews if you want your order I guess...
I've ordered twice now...Once last year and it took over 50 business days to get my first order that I paid like $75 for....I gave them some time before I decided to order again as I assumed they were just starting out last year but its been almost 2months(placed order 08/20/23 and still don't have it, its 10/16/2023) and I got some excuse about manufacture delays is what caused this order to be slow when I emailed them after 40 business days as the website list shipping times as 5-30 business days!! Last year the excuse was they were short staffed so its always not their fault....I spent like $90 this time....Just be warned, the products are super cool once you finally get them but you get orders from overseas faster than shopping with not your average babe.

The quality is good, as long as you are okay with it taking two months. This store is truly so so cute and I love everything, I am just not sure at this point why they haven’t tried to fix their shipping issues. That being said you really won’t find cuter stuff. I would order more frequently if it didn’t take so long.

I’ve ordered a few products from NYAB and I’ve always been happy with how they’ve turned out. The sweatshirts are cozy and the glass cups are to die for. I’ve started a little mini collection of cups because there’s so many cute designs to chose from. I even got two “mystery” tumblers and was blown away by how perfect they were.

The company has always been helpful and kind when I’ve interacted with them. I’m definitely hooked on NYAB 🎃👻

I asked to cancel my subscription immediately. I should not have been charged.
This was my daughters Christmas present (a monthly subscription). I have paid via automated payment since December and Sierra has received 3 boxes in total. The first box wasn’t received until July.
I’ve been offered no apologies or reduction in fees due to the inconvenience as a customer.
I’ve never experienced anything like this, ever.
Now to be charged when it was confirmed of my cancellation yet to also have no box. It’s very disappointing.
