Viskas ko reikia, visada pigiau nei Eurovaistinėje, Droge, Douglas ar dar kur nors. Labai patinka dovanos, kurias gaunu pirkdama :)

Great store, good prices, fast delivery 👌🏼

Paprastas ir kokybiškas apsipirkimas už priimtiną ir protingą kainą

Even though the shipping was fast, I am very disappointed with the parcel delivery service. The packaging of the shipment is incomplete and insecure (the adhesive seal on the mascara bag was not closed). The box was wrapped carelessly with tape, the parcel is heavily damaged (there are three holes where you can see through), and the packaging of the items inside is also damaged. It is also inconvenient to remove the products from the box, as they are placed into a plastic compartment as if the box were a backpack.

The shipment was fast and price was the lowest, products are perfect for me.

Fast shipping, great bargains and discounts

Notino has an incredible range of products that are hard to find elsewhere. Their prices are often the best on the market, and I appreciate the regular updates on my shipping status. A reliable store that I will definitely be using again

Super parduotuvė! Ačiū.

I have ordered from Notino before, so this is not my first purchase—but this time I was extremely disappointed.

First, the shampoo and conditioner arrived without dispensers, even though the product photos clearly showed that they should include them.

However, my main complaint is about the perfume I purchased for €180. It arrived in unacceptable condition: the box was crumpled, the protective seal was removed, and the cap was already opened. This is completely unacceptable for a product at this price point.

Notino did replace the item, but I had to wait 29 days for the replacement. During that time, the price of the perfume dropped to €158. I asked for a partial refund or some form of compensation due to the long delay and price difference, but their response was simply that it was “not their problem.”

Very disappointing experience this time.
