Poor quality capsules, good coffee
Ordering the coffee was seamless and the coffee tastes good. Based on just that I would have given 5 stars. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the capsules themselves aren’t of very good quality. They block my nespresso machine, stop pouring and make the machine leak. I know they’re compostable and that’s cool, but I don’t think I’ll be buying again because of the capsules poor quality.

We're sorry to hear that the pods are causing you such frustration. We test out our pods across a number of machines to ensure they work well. With that said, sometimes certain pod batches can cause brewing issues that aren't evident until after the fact! Please get in touch with us at hello@notescoffee.shop with the coffee name and batch number (found at the bottom of the package) so that we can send you another pack and also make sure it's pulled from our inventory.
