I understand that I was the one who…
I understand that I was the one who couldn't figure it out the first 2 times I tried. Third time still wasn't simple. So, in total, I've paid MORE THAN $240 just to get this 1 file notarized.

The website is not great, we had a hard time downloading our documents and what we needed to provide was confusing. It cost us an extra appointment. If you have questions, email or call, they have very helpful customer service.
