After reviewing your appointment, we found that there was an outstanding balance associated with the service, which prevented the completed document from being released at that time. Our records show that once the outstanding payment was completed, the notarized document was sent to you right away.

Completed documents are normally emailed automatically immediately following the appointment. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the process and are sorry that we were unable to complete the service you needed within your timeline.

Not all documents are legally eligible for remote online notarization. During our booking process, clients are provided with a list of documents that cannot be completed through our online service, and this information is included in the intake form before the appointment is finalized. Permanent Resident Cards are included among the documents that we are unable to notarize through this service.

Our notaries are required to review each document and ensure that it can be legally and properly notarized before proceeding. While we understand how disappointing it can be to learn that a document cannot be completed, particularly when working with a tight deadline, our notaries must follow the applicable requirements.

We appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to make document eligibility even clearer during the booking process so clients can select the appropriate service from the beginning.
