You may need to wait for the Notary Public to arrive. We became quite anxious because we were told we had eight minutes to arrive. I am fine with waiting but my first experience was nerve-wracking
The Notary Public was about twenty minutes late. I am okay with that but I was very anxious that this time sensitive meeting might not take place. Once the Notary Public arrived they guided us through the process very well. It was easy and convenient. I would certainly use this service again if needed.

Quick, easy and seamless

They don’t check the written contain is legitimate or false
It was the document including my father’s information, such as Date of birth, name, etc. My father’s data of year was 2026, definitely it’s not possible but the notary person didn’t even check it and signed it. For example, what if the written content is false? They don’t even check that as well?
I understand that notary person shouldn’t be responsible for correcting or writing content, however they should at least check if written information is legitimate or not; by check uploaded documents, reading content at least once during signing document.

We completely understand why noticing an incorrect year in the document afterward would be concerning. During a notarization, the notary’s role is to verify the signer’s identity, witness the signing where required, and complete the appropriate notarial act. The notary does not prepare the document or verify the accuracy or truthfulness of the information contained within it. Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming the contents of their document before signing.
That said, we appreciate your concerns and want to help you move forward. As a gesture of goodwill, our team has offered a 20% discount toward re-signing the corrected document.

It was great to have a document…
It was great to have a document notarized online same day and the late hour appointment was especially helpful and convenient for our schedules. The only issue was the signed document was unusable due to it being so light and unreadable but the support team rectified it quickly when we reached out to them.
