Responsive and professional!
While I initially experienced some delays in access to a notary, that turned out to be a problem on my end. When I reached out to NotaryLive, they immediately pointed out the problem and I was able to remedy it.
I then connected to a notary and the entire notarization process was handled efficiently and professionally! This saved me a lot of delay and I highly recommend NotaryLive for remote notary services.

Carrie (the notary) was awesome! Super patient, spoke clearly, willing to repeat instructions.
The website did not behave well on my Pixel and did not accept input from my laptop's microphone (which I use regularly for Discord, WhatsApp, and other applications).

Notarylive really came to our rescue, and a price no higher than a brick and mortar place would have charged. Fast, reasonable, trustworthy. Highest recommendation.

The process was a bit confusing; Kaya was great
The process was a bit confusing, as there were no detailed instructions as to what I should and should not enter into the document using text fields... and what would be signed later in a separate process. However, Kaya Thompson was terrific, and despite the above and technical challenges we had with the browser and audio, she was very professional, friendly and thorough. I highly recommend her.
