A companies reputation is tied to which suppliers they use for deliveries.

It’s fair to say that Royal Mail has become poor and inadequate. I fail to see why any business continues to be reliant on them for delivering their products to customers. Especially when there are delivery companies out there such as dpd, Hermes and others that can deliver next day.

Notanotherbill took an age to dispatch the order, sent it to Royal Mail and it’s been at the sorting office awaiting delivery for 9 days. I cannot even pick up the items myself as I can only do that once they’ve attempted delivery.

In future I will avoid companies like notanotherbill that do not offer alternative couriers.

With Christmas coming up. This should have been part of their business contingency plans.

Edit. Aretha In customer service quickly dealt with my complaint and helped me massively. She even was responding to me very early in the morning. She’s an asset to the company. Moved from 2 stars to 4 based on my experience with Aretha.

Very disapointed in Customer Care and handling problems. I ordered a phone case which had such a terrible smell that it gave me headache and made the whole room stink after it..
There are many other websites which offer personalisation for much less and without a nasty smell.. overpriced and the cusomer is not taken seriously.

I ordered a personalised phone protection case.
When this arrived (promptly) it was beautifully packaged.
However they put the font in the wrong design to that which I had asked for.
I have sent 3 emails but had no response.
It was £40 for a plastic case.
Sadly a disappointing service.

I am so happy with my products!! The sent me the wrong product but the customer service was sooo nice and answered so fast! The next day, I had the right product and were allowed to keep the other product! Also
They sent me a chocolate bar as a sorry!
Definitely highly recommend!!

I ordered a gift for my grandson. I was surprised to receive a thank you email but thought it was a nice touch. The gift arrived beautifully wrapped with a thank you card and a little gift of a fabric mask. I am really impressed with all the little details. I will be using them again!

Ordered some la fee Bohemia received a cheaper la fee emailed them got a response that the one I ordered was cheaper and they would let me off the difference I replied asking where they got that price from as Amazon and other places I order disagree by about £10 no reply ....avoid this site buy from more reputable sellers you don't know what you might receive from them

I have been looking for months for a leather AirPods case that can be personalised. Every item I seemed to come across was either cheap looking or extremely overpriced. Then I found Not Another Bill.
Everything on this website is gorgeous and you can see the quality through the photos advertised. I received my order today and it is just absolutely perfect, exactly what I wanted. It came packaged beautifully and I intend to give this as a gift so it just makes it all the more special.

Ordered on a Thursday, delivered Saturday morning. I was kept informed of delivery from day one with tracking. Well packaged and item lovely. Thank you.

Paid extra for delivery on a certain day and did not arrive. When questioned with customer service they gave the rudest response. Not even an offer of refund/discount code. Aretha was the person and responded like it was my own fault the missed delivery!

I ordered the personalised Airpod case and I'm really disappointed by the product. I paid £20+ for it and I really regret it. The personalised initials look like cheap stickers. I quirerd this with them and was told it was painted on but you can feel and see it is a sticker. What sucks is that there is no returns policy for a poor quality item. I won't be using them again.

I wish I'd ordered on Amazon instead now and paid significantly less.

iPhone 11 Pro Case - I paid £60 for a Personalised Leather iPhone 11 Pro Case - the case doesn't fit, the leather thin and flimsy and my initials have been transferred on. Even if it did fit, I wouldn't use it.
I've never left a bad review - but the price, brand, packaging etc, makes you believe you're about to receive a high quality product. It's everything but. Sorry to be leaving this negative review but I'm £60 down with a not fit for purpose case.

Beautiful but doesn't last long

I ordered the leather iPhone 11 case with the gold foil lettering, and it looks very nice, I absolutely loved the case and design. However, I've had the case less than 2 weeks, and the foil is starting to come off slightly in some areas on the lettering, and I'm trying to be very careful with handling it, as to not rub the lettering.

For such an expensive case, I expected a better quality, so I'm disappointed, at this rate, the lettering will be entirely gone soon.

Amazing selection of quality products, and wonderful wrapping! I love the box and the pouch you put my purchase in and of course I love my purchase itself! It is really worth buying products from you and I will definitely keep you in mind for when I want to buy presents for my loved ones! I also received my order earlier than I expected. (it would be worth waiting for it anyway!) Loyal customer from now on! ❤️

I ordered what I thought was a set of five insects in resin for £3 plus £3.95 p&p. As I had already bought two of the same ones in a shop for 50p each, I thought that was a reasonable price to add to the set. What arrived today was just ONE! What a rip-off!

Absolutely amazing products. The packaging items arrive in is gorgeous and the chocolate was a lovely and very much appreciated touch. My new go to place for gifts and a treat.
