I am extremely disappointed with my experience. This company is a scam. I never received the product I ordered, and their communication was terrible—I didn't get any shipping updates or responses to my inquiries. I've had to resort to filing a claim with my bank to get my money back. I would strongly advise against doing business with them

SCAMMMM!!!! THEY ARE A FAKE COMPANY!!!

I paid for a pallet of smart whip & was send fake shipping & tracking numbers & because they are in turkey & my bank is in the uk my bank was not able to recovery the money as it was an international transfer I lost £6,000!!!
DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL!!!!

Absolutely disappointed I placed an order and never received my product. I’ve tried contacting the company multiple times with no response. It’s a complete scam. Do not trust this company!!

Order a Carburetor on Thursday around noon. Paid for expedited shipping. Item shipped and received tracking number on friday. Shipped via fedex nextday abd not with home delivery so I could receive the item on Saturday. Fedex haad not picked the package up yet. Sent 2 emails requesting the shipping changed. Never received a reply. This was for our RV and this caused a 3 day delay starting out trip. This is the second time they have done this. Worst customer service I have seen from any company in a long time.

They quality of its products is good and it look longer to deliver the products than was anticipated. Wish there would have been a better communication. Nevertheless, good location in terms of stocking bulk nitrous oxide Chargers so long as there is prior planning.

NOS powerhouse has has quality brands such as Smartwhip and Cream Deluxe and we really like using them in the kitchen.
The prices are also completitive although at times the fastgas can run low.

I thought I got scammed at first, tracking was delayed, no updates, and I freaked out. But two days later, boom, pallet arrived with everything in perfect condition.
