DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I placed my order in November 2025 and, despite paying $610, my order wasn’t even shipped until late April 2026. It is now October 1, 2026, and I STILL do not have my dress. The tracking has not updated since it was received, and most recently it doesn't even show up.

The customer service has been absolutely unacceptable. I’ve emailed them, sent DMs, and tried repeatedly to get any kind of response, but they have been completely unresponsive. At this point, I have received neither the dress nor any meaningful communication about where my order is.

$610 is a significant amount of money to spend on an item that I still haven’t received nearly a year later. The lack of communication and customer service is beyond ridiculous.

I am now having to dispute the charge with my credit card company because it has been so long and the company has failed to resolve the situation.

I strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company. My experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not place another order with them.

Isabel was initially incredibly responsive when I reached out to her regarding a custom wedding dress. After paying a 60 percent deposit for the custom garment, we made plans for me to fly to Thailand from the UK to attend a dress fitting. The nightmare that followed was nothing short of horrific. Isabel became completely unhelpful, a far cry from who I spoke to before any money changed hands. I was constantly messed about with timings and dates for the fitting until the end of my trip. No money, no dress, no accountability. I was then promised a refund which I only received once threats about contacting the Thai tourism police force was made. During this time I ended up messaging and speaking to multiple other women who Isabel had essentially scammed in the same way. Some received dresses that were of poor quality and incorrect sizing. Many received nothing, not even an apology. During this time Isabel was busy updating her website, collaborating with influencers, advertising to gain more custom commissions. I wanted so badly to support another fellow young Thai woman making a name for herself. Isabel has instead embarassed us all.

Ordered in February with a promise of delivery before May. Did not deliver, and is unresponsive to emails and DMS. Do not order, you will not receiver.

I'm waiting for my product since november 2025. The communication stopped after a couple of months. They seem to have blocked me on Instagram now. Sadly a scam.
