I went to Northwest Trade Centre in Preston unannounced to buy a Kia Sportage, however when I got there they said it wasn't there, even though they emailed me in the morning to say they did have it.

Dreadful place. Sold us an unroadworthy vehicle and refused consumer rights to return it or indeed do anything. No option left but to sue for refund. We had help from Consumer Rights but North West Trade Centre still ignored our rights.

After seeing a vehicle online I liked, I popped in while passing by, and was greeted by Nathan. Within the space of 10 minutes we went through all the details and my options, and came out with a deal. The whole process was made super easy by Nathan, and in total only took 15 minutes of discussion to fully complete a purchase. Couldn't recommend more, if youre after a simple deal.

Walked in and got greeted by Nathan who was extremely helpful. We asked if the car we liked was still available and he confirmed and proceeded to run us through our options for affording swiftly and explained everything to us making it super easy to understand and go through. Really happy with the service we got, especially being 10 minutes before closing time when we definitely didn’t expect to walk out with an agreement!
