Cannot rate North West Bi-folds highly enough. First class products and service. We’ve just had set of Origin Bi-folds and floor to ceiling windows fitted by NW Bi-folds. We wanted Origin products and although NW Bi-folds weren’t our nearest Origin installers, they proved to be the best for customer service compared to more local Origin installers we’d spoken to. From my initial phone call with Steve to the installation today the speed of service was brilliant . Steve suggested having a lower threshold which I’d not thought of, which now it’s in place, was such the right decision. Fantastic communication on progress of order and installation date. Team arrived on time Keiren (fitter) did a great job always smiling polite and left everywhere tidy. Steve on site too assisting and making sure all okay. Thank you guys we so so happy with the end results. Will certainly recommend your service to family and friends.

Steve and his team installed a set of Origin bifold doors for us last November and did a great job. Even though there were issues with the glass initially, these were resolved quickly. He also returned a few weeks later to make slight adjustments. The quality of the doors are excellent and would recommend to anyone considering.

We have just had Origin bifold doors fitted in our kitchen. Service from Steve throughout was excellent. He responded to initial enquiry quickly, was helpful and knowledgeable showing us the products at the showroom, and the installation was quick and tidy. All in all highly impressed, the doors look brilliant, and a big thanks to Steve and his team.

Steve was very helpful during the initial survey and provided a quote quickly. There were some delays due to material shortages at Origin, but Steve always responded to requests for an update, and the installation was efficient and professional. Shortly after installation we found that the coating had failed on one of the double glazed units in the sliding door. It took Steve longer than expected to obtain a replacement panel from the glass manufacturer, but he kept us informed. The key thing is that the problem did eventually get resolved, and the doors now look great!

We have had installed a pair of sunflex 3.2m sliding doors on our new build extension. Steve was great right from the outset, very clear quotes and options and advice on the layout etc.
For the site survey at install Steve was again great for the advice and suggestions as we also have a through level floor to the external patio.
The install was great and complete very quickly even though there were some delays on some of the glass.
After install we found an issue with the large double glaze units from the original glass manufacturer's. Although this took some time to resolve with the manufacturer due to the type of fault Steve was great throughout with communication and updates.
They have now been in for 18 months and are a great addition!

I don't normally write reviews but after the excellent service we've just had from Steve and the lads from northwest bifolds I wanted to let others know.
The whole process from visiting the showroom, getting the quote, placing the order, having the survey done, to the final installion the job was done quickly and professionally. Everything was explained fully and nothing was too much trouble. We're absolutely made up with our 2 Atlas roof lanterns and Origin 4m bifold doors. They look great!!

North West Bifolds are a truly professional company. Steve takes time to listen to customer requirements and offers expert advice. We felt very comfortable after spending time at their showroom going through options in detail. This was followed by a home survey and detailed quote. Placing the order was easy and installation was impressive. All the way though Steve and his team make sure the customer is totally happy. This is the kind of old school service that is too rare these days. We would not hesitate to buy from North West Bifolds again and recommend them to all.

A genuine tradesman who is also the manager of this impressive company. From the start Steve gave me an accurate written quote based on information given by me. He outlined what was available, arrived at the appointed time to do a survey and provided a binding quotation for 2 sets of doors. The lead time was ahead of his estimate and Steve completed the installation with an assistant the following day. I am delighted with the product, installation and thankfully the positive reviews for this company, and my dealing’s with Steve I feel fully justified with my choices.

I Have just had the most amazing Alitherm heritage doors in my Kitchen. It has been given a whole new lease of life and has made the room much warmer due to fabulous insulation. Steve and his team were great, turned up on time and cleaned up as well. I would definitely recommend them and plan to have some of my windows replaced in the future.

Steve and his team supplied and fitted some Origin Bifold doors. Service and product were faultless. Steve suggested an alternative to the solar glass that I’d chose. Excellent advise as from interior no tint is visible. Ended up specifying same glass on the whole of the project. Would recommend.

I ordered a set of Origin doors and windows, and flat skylights from Steve for a home extension project.

We visited North West Bifolds showroom and immediately felt at ease and confident that we would leave knowing what we wanted would be delivered.
Steve is experienced and professional giving the best advice,no hard sell...well you don't have to when your products and service are excellent.
We opted for a bifold door 3 panels and integral blinds the doors are Origin in anthracite grey with silver integral blinds and also a letterbox window also in anthracite grey.
The price is what we expected to pay for such a quality product "you get what you pay for ".
We were kept Informed throughout the process and delivery and installation as promised.
Steve and his son Kyle arrived promptly as arranged and the bifolds and window were fitted to our new garden room within hours.
The team worked efficiently and with minimum fuss the door and window and blinds fitted in no time.
They left the garden room as it was when they arrived but now with a really modern and good looking bifolds door and window in place.

We ordered a pair of large French doors OS-49 from Steve and he fitted them yesterday. They look great and the installation was completed with minimal mess and they tidied up well afterwards. Will be using him again as both Origin product and installation are spot on.

Steve and his team installed a set of bi-folds a few months ago with integrated blinds (sorry Steve for the delay in leaving a review). Doors and blinds look great, would not hesitate to use Steve again. Just got to get all my white uPVC windows to match the great anthracite colour of the doors.
