Normie & Company Anmeldelser

Always striving to obtain the best outcome for their Sellers and Landlords. Love the videos they are doing to present properties to a wider audience and helping the Sellers achieve a better price.

I have recently been liasing with Natalie at Normie & Co to sell my Apartment. I can’t lie it’s not been the easiest. And due to the recent pandemic things took a lot longer than expected for all involved. However I was constantly at ease with Natalie, she reassured me when things got frustrating. She went above and beyond any expectations I originally had. At times she felt more like a friend. And without a shadow of a doubt I consider myself lucky to have had her to turn too. Regardless of the sale outcome I will 100% come back to yourselves when the time arises.

Josh dealt with my sale which started before Covid!!! Josh kept the ball rolling as fast as he could in the circumstances and provided an excellent service keeping me updated at every stage! I’m that nuisance client but Josh was always one step ahead!!! Thanks!!!

Where to even begin. Josh has been so great during the whole process of us buying our first home in the UK. From the first viewing to handing us the keys. Josh, thank you for always being polite and for always taking my calls and answering all my questions, big or small. We are really happy with everything and should we ever wish to buy again, you will definitely be our No.1 go-to! Thank you ALL so much!!

Nigel kept me fully informed at all times and provided invaluable advice - even during lockdown - totally professional service from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

We recently put our house up for sale using this company. We found them to be very professional, attentive and efficient. Nigel was most helpful and a very pleasant sales person.

Nigel has been truly amazing. We bought a house that Normie & Co were selling and he communicated with us regularly, nothing was too much trouble and I can’t recommend them enough!!! Thank you for helping us buy our dream home.

Nigel Bagguley at Normie and co has just sold my mums house. He has been extremely helpful and went above and beyond particularly when our mum passed away in the middle of the sale process. He has always been at the end of the phone to reassure and answer any questions we had. Thank you for everything you have done for us. Best wishes Anne and family.

I have found Normie & Co to be consummate Professionals. They are a breed apart from other estate agents that we have used in the past. The office manager Josh shows great tenacity will not give up until he has sold your house for the best possible price.

Day to day customer service is second to none and unlike other estate agents your call will be returned promptly and any issues dealt with competently. If you choose to use Normie's you will definitely not be disappointed.

All the staff at Normie and co went far beyond our expectations i can say with hand on heart that you won't in my opinion get a better service

Would highly recommend Normie & co. Nigel was a great help and certainly went the extra mile for us in what were very difficult circumstances due to the lockdown. Thanks for everything

I can highly recommend Josh & the team. From the first introduction to the day of completion you get nothing short of the best.

Absolute legends.

Josh was very professional, gave me great advice and was very measured in his thoughts and actions. The sale went through really smoothly. He always kept me in the loop so I knew what was happening. Not easy when the property was in Manchester and I live in London. He and the team made it all very easy. Cannot recommend them more.

Very professional, effective and friendly service

They were fantastic!

Super helpful with arranging extra viewings, and really willing to help us communicate with the seller and their solicitor.

Thanks so much, Natalie & Josh, for helping us buy our first home!

Gina was fantastic during the whole process of buying our first home. Couldn’t have wished for a better agent to support us during the process. Thank you!

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff are great and go out of their way to help, even if the issues/problems aren’t theirs to sort out, somehow they manage to sort it. A particular big ‘Thank you’ to Natalie who has been the best help ever. Cannot praise Normie & Co enough. Highly recommended!

Everything went swiftly and smoothly. Staff so pleasant and helpful. Any questions I had were dealt with as quickly as possible.
Thoroughly recommend Normie's.
