Kiinalaista roskaa Ruotsista ilman palautusmahdollisuutta. Palautus tulee omakustanteisesti niin kalliiksi ettei se ole kannattavaa/järjellisesti mahdollista. Tilasin hierovat sandaalit kokoa 40, eivät mahdu jalkaan ollenkaan. Lisäksi jotkut jalkaholvin tuet jotka ovat ihan kelvottomat. Oppirahat on nyt maksettu enkä erehdy toiste. Suosittelen muitakin olemaan tilaamatta. Yrityksen nimi hämää ja se on kai tarkoituskin, erehdyttää asiakasta.

Terrible customer service. I called customer service five days straight over five times a day and text them several times and I get No call back . I wantedto find about my orders I place over 200 dollars. I'm very upset.

Tilasin vahingossa väärän tuotteen. Toisella tilauskerralla tilasin toista tuotetta sekä oikean että väärän koon. Nämä ongelmat johtuivat omasta syystäni. Väärin tuotteiden palautus osoittautui kuitenkin mahdottomaksi. Soitin puhelinpalveluunne monta kertaa. Nauhoitus toisti tuttua jargonia "Olemme täällä sinua varten. Palvelemme sinua mahdollisimman pian. Lisäksi luvattiin ottaa yhteyttä. Näin ei koskaan tapahtunut. Sähköpostiviesteistä ei ollut myöskään mitään hyötyä. Totesin, että tuotteiden palautus on tehty teidän taholtanne mahdottomaksi, ja sama kokemus näyttää löytyvän myös netistä muilta asiakkailtanne. Ystäväni, joka oikean tuotteen sai, on kuitenkin siihen tyytyväinen, ja se on pääasia. Minä päätin kärsiä rahallisen tappioni oppirahana yrityksestänne. Arvostan rehellisyyttä kaupankäynnissä suuresti ja tulen jakamaan oman kokemukseni laajasti.

Ostin näppyläpohjalliset, ja ensiksi laitoin ne aamutöppösiini. Mielestäni jalkapohjien ja kantapään säryt ovat suuresti vähentyneet. Ulkoilukenkiin nämä pohjalliset ovat hieman liian suuret; voinkohan leikata hieman pohjallisia varvaspäästä. Pidän näistä!

Fair customer service…
I bought 3 pairs of the comfy insoles and 2 of the hip supports. The comfy insoles gave me awful backache. So I contacted Norelie to return them and couldn't offer me my money back, but asked me to choose another product of the same value. I chose the knee supports which arrived today and I'll update after I've tested them. Considering the cost of a return to USA I thought the customer support was very good offering me a free replacement. The comfy soles I can't use so could give them to charity.

Misleading marketing - no returns
In common with the other 1 star reviews. Their return policy & ethics are misleading. I was convinced to try insoles for my daughter as their website states in big letters:
“90 day money back guarantee. If you are not thrilled with our product we don’t want your money. No hassles no questions asked”
Ha ha ha ha… Unless you want to pay to return to an address in the USA, 60% is indeed the best you’ll be offered after several bog standard emails trying to wear you down & give you even less in return for keeping a product you do not want.
The world really could do without companies like this who simply want to maximise sales of cheap products by making false promises.
Am sure they will reply below with the same standard response from a robot about valuing my feedback and sorry they fell short ‘in my case’ … yawn yawn blah blah …
They are likely operating within the law but roll on a world full of more honest trustworthy companies. Sad I got sucked in.

SCAM..No stars... flimsy, very very uncomfortable - molded arches in wrong place for me. SCAM Part is says 'corrects bunions'.. rubbish, it's just an insole. Should not be allowed to advertise. I d like a refund but worried as company based in US (despite Uk website).. no faith in Customer Service.

Do not recommend,I wanted to return some completely unused insoles as weren't suitable. They make it impossible to ask for a full refund, trying to persuade you to accept 30- 60% refund and suggest giving your insoles away as a gift ! Say returning them all the way to the US would incur a high cost and still a refund would be subject to inspection.
Once I refused all their offers of a reduced refund they stopped communicating with me. Awful customer service and ethics . Update: After posting this review they have offered me 60% of the refund again. I have accepted as it looks like this is the best I will get. I would not recommend them to anyone

ordered the compression socks xl size they were far too small ,like for kids feet ,they sent me xxl size which should have been massive for my feet ,couldnt get them on either ,there is no flex in the material making it even more difficult to even try pulling them on, terrible product, they have offered me the insoles as a replacement ,not really what I needed ,a lot of money for a rubbish product
