I am a new customer and I am disappointed because a couple of my orders were delivered late (delayed more than 15 days), as a result of the cheap delivery service and the unreliable carrier(s) chosen by Nordfrim. I requested that I was given the option to pay for a (really reliable) courier but Nordfrim refused without an explanation.

Note: Not all delivery legs are handled by Deutsche Post or DHL. The final leg is often delivered by unreliable local carriers.

I purchased some items from Nordfrim for my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately I somehow managed to order one item from the wrong range meaning it wouldnt fit my husband's album. I didnt notice this until the gift was opened on Christmas morning. Nordfrim responded quickly to my email query and came up with an excellent solution to avoid the high costs associated with returns. They could not have been more helpful. Thank you.

The level of customer service from Nordfrim and especially from Christian J. Nielsen was superb ! Nordfrim Team really stands behind their product and makes sure that customers are happy with their merchandise. The packaging is very secure, with very good follow up after the shipment and during the transit period. If you are a serious stamp collector or re-seller....I highly recommend Nordfrim.

I have ordered stamps and stockbooks which I received and was pleased with. I had placed a second order because I was offered a gift certificate for $56. I had difficulty reaching Nordfrim regarding the failure for the website to credit the gift certificate. I had trouble reaching Nordfrim. Mr. Nielson has contacted me and apologized for some technical glitches which precluded my order from being properly credited. I am pleased with Mr. Nielson's response and will continue to do business with Nordfrim in the future.

I have ordered from Nordfrim several times and am very satisfied with their excellent service. Prices are good and service is efficient. One great benefit that I have seen is that they have access to stamps from countries that the United States has poor relationships with such as Cuba as well as others.
