I have been working with Nord for the…

I have been working with Nord for the past three months, and I am extremely pleased with the progress and support they have provided. Once they moved beyond the initial learning curve — which took approximately two weeks — they began to truly understand my business, vision, and overall direction.

Their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to supporting MY business have exceeded my expectations. Because of the positive experience and results, I have recently hired an additional VA and plan to bring on a third team member in June/July.

I am more than satisfied with the quality of their work and look forward to continuing to grow with their support.

Highly recommend!

We recommend! We’ve had a very positive experience with this staffing agency. Our initial placement wasn’t the right fit. Nord Assist, listened to our needs, the team was responsive and quickly resolved the issue by providing a replacement.

Since then, we’ve been working with Talha, and he has exceeded expectations in every way. He is dependable, consistent, and produces excellent work. Having someone we can rely on has made a significant difference in our operations. So much so we initiated a Christmas bonus (though not required)! We couldn’t be happier. We needed the help and we are very thankful.

We really appreciate the agency’s professionalism and commitment to finding the right fit. Highly recommend.
