Delivery took much longer than stated.
Product was of very low quality, cheap materials and poor fitting.
Very difficult to return as the shipping cost is £30-£40 as it is an international (based in China) company alrhough they claim to be London based.

Having ordered 3 half zip sweaters before checking out Trustpilot, I must admit to some trepidation after i saw the comments of customers who were clearly unhappy with product and customer service. On that basis I wondered whether the order would arrive and meet my expectations. The clothing arrived today. I have several sweaters for golf. All of which are from recognised golf clothing companies eg Footjoy, Calvin Kline and Under Armour.
These Nora Blake sweaters certainly aren't of that quality. They're thin with no brand name attached. But for the price I paid I'm reasonably satisfied that they represent value for money.
In all honesty in future I'll probably pay the extra money to buy sweaters from well known suppliers that are guaranteed to be of quality and durability.
To Nora Blake I advise them to improve the quality to the standards of respected brands like Charles Twyritt, or M and S or the golf brands I've highlighted. And ensure your advertised photos and description represent the quality the customer can expect. Then compete against the recognised quality brands in terms of purchase cost.
You'll receive more plaudits than criticisms.

Misleading “easy returns” – not what they claim

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

I ordered a men’s Large jacket, but the sizing was completely inaccurate — far smaller than expected. When I contacted them, they refused to acknowledge any issue and insisted the item was “correct” simply because it had a Large label.

Their website advertises:
“Easy, hassle-free, 30 days return”

This is misleading.

In reality, they require you to pay significant return shipping costs (around £30–£35 or more) to get a refund. That is not “easy” or “hassle-free” — it’s a barrier designed to discourage returns.

They also offered a partial refund/discount instead of properly resolving the issue, which suggests they are more interested in avoiding returns than supporting customers.

The whole process caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing, especially if you rely on sizing accuracy or expect a straightforward return process.

Avoid Like the plague, absolute scam artists, my mess’s to them below.
You absolute thieves, I only wish I would have read the Scam reviews before I ordered from you robbers, you should have put a photo of D. Turpin on your fake website, I am without doubt going to report you fraudsters to trading standards via Citizens advice, maybe change your name Nora Brake and stop ripping people off, how you sleep at night is beyond me, this is also going to to be posted on every review platform I can find. 

Complete scam. As others have said, the images they use on the website are stolen from elsewhere and the items received are not as advertised. I'm in a wrangle with them trying to get a refund.

This company is a scam. They claim to sell items on their website then send incorrect ones and refuse to acknowledge their mistake. Instead they insist you return items and pay their international postage even though on their website they claim to be based in Covent Garden, London. The communication via email I have had with them is unhinged. I have sent them pictures multiple times of the bracelet I ordered (screen shots don't lie) and they repeatedly tell me I didn't order that item! I have asked them 5 times for their returns details as I want my refund for the tat they sent me and they keep ignoring my question! Instead they say they cannot keep engaging with my emails! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Awful people!

Recently ordered a dressing gown from them, after reading of their hassle free returns. When dressing gown arrived it was much smaller than the size I ordered, the material was flimsy and there was no inner tie to secure the dressing gown. I contacted Nora Blake and asked for return details and was told unless the dressing gown was faulty I would have to pay £30-£35 to return it as it was from an international company. The advert maintained it was UK based. So beware of buying from this Company.
