Poorly made and of poor quality, delivery takes 3 weeks plus and customer service is appalling. Dont waste your time or money.

I ordered a nora bag the order was accepted and confirmed and then a week later I get an email to advise sorry out of stock until next November am I happy to wait

Shame I can't leave a 0 star review. The handbag looked nice when arrived but I noticed a small defect on the bag. I could not be bothered to send it back as it was hardly noticeable. Less than 8 weeks later with very light use... I have stiched up the inside fabric which ripped side to side by only carrying my purse and a water bottle. Also the top stiching of the bag has started to get un-done.
Contacted customer services 2 weeks ago for a reply that I hardly believe will ever arrive.
Very disappointed with the quality for a £30 bag. I wish I went to TK-Max. Product poorly made in China. I do not recommend.

I was surprised by the v poor reviews I saw here. My Vera bag arrived after a few weeks and I'm really pleased with the quality and the design (although I doubt very much ANYONE would pay the advertised 'full price'for it). Sounds like I was lucky though. The company loses stars for not paying attention to GDPR, emailing me when I had not signed up for newsletters and then not including an "unsubscribe" link in their email (there was a "click here" to unsubscribe, but no link contained therein).

Do not waste your money!!!!
Purchased the Vera bag in preparation of my daughter returning to secondary school, within 2 hours use the zipper broke off, contacted customer services and got a reply that it was outwith the 2 week exchange/ return period!!!
Tried leaving a review on their page but it seems they only accept good reviews or post fake reviews

My order of a 'Devon' bag arrived and I am very happy with it. I love the design and the flexibility that it gives as both a shoulder bag or a backpack. I used it immediately and it is already a firm favourite.

I purchased 2 bags early June and have been given a link to a dodgy tracking page that is apparently being sent from China. I have queried the delay and was told it was due to coronavirus and I have been told now that they are preparing to send again as had a problem. The spelling was atrocious and I think now this company is dodgy and a scam. Whatsoever the same bags are now being sold on amazon for a third of the price. Do not purchase these bags because you will be waiting a long time!! Im disappointed that this was advertised on instagram.

I bought two bags, one for myself, one for a friend. I will donate both to a charity shop as the quality is not at all what I was expecting (very cheap-looking), I have better old bags in my cupboard!
No reply to my returns enquiry, and I think it's not worth the hassle or added expense, having read other people's experiences. Very disappointed, and out of pocket. Lesson learned - check reviews on all companies before purchasing anything online.

Scam. Really, stay away if you value your money or your sanity. Block the Instagram or Facebook ads or whatever trick they played to make you think it would be worth it and shop somewhere else. Literally anywhere else.

Wish I could give NO stars , absolutely appalling service , received grey bag which was brown , had white marks all over it , had a hair bobble inside the bag 🤢 the strap was too short to use as crossbody , cost me £16 to send back to CANADA for a refund and I’ve just received another email saying a new bag has been sent that I don’t want and didn’t request . The reply was send it back to us and we will look into it , Have a nice day !!! WHAT ! At another £16 !! ARE YOU JOKING . Avoid this company , do not purchase . Absolutely furious 😡

Ordered vera.. bargain.. i thought..£134.99 down to £34.97.
Arrived today. I would not pay more than £20 in a market
Interestingly... not labeled as Nora bag but Dxyizu!!! Perhaps Nora can explain why?
Also. On customs slip on package said it was valued as $3 so was i being generous?? I would return but it will cost too much and i see they allegedly according to these comments are not very good with refunds.. however i will be contacting them
Update... no response...no explanation.. they should be reported to trading standards and usa customs.. i am disgusted..dont buy these products

I purchased a £30 bag from them in March and there is no sign of it. I keep being fobbed off with excuses and they refuse to give a refund. Don't waste your money.

I order their Vera bag only had a few weeks and the lining has come away. I emailed the company telling them the bag was faulty and even sent a picture. They came back and said as it was over the their 2 weeks returns policy they won’t do anything. The bag is faulty so it should not matter about their 2 weeks reruns policy. The product is clearly made cheaply and not worth the money they are charging. I would never buy from them again

Bought 2 bags 1 black 1 blue in early June, after numerous emails 1 poor quality grey bag, not what I ordered arrived, the blue one has still not arrived and Nora Fitzpatrick keeps promising to follow it all up for me but nothing happens so essentially £51.80 plus wasted money, avoid at all costs

Wish I could give no stars. Thought I’d ordered from Canada. Tracking info showed dispatch from Singapore over 7 wks ago. Still no sign of bag and tracking info has gone. Asked for refund as they hadn’t fulfilled the order. No response !! I’m convinced it’s a scam. Don’t waste your money. Do not buy from NoraBags.
Finally received refund. Details on account indicate they are a third party supplier not a manufacturer. SP*Norabags, Computer Software Stores, Montreal. A warning for us all. If something appears cheap it’s often too good to be true. Last time I’ll get caught out. Do the research first.

Just bought a Nora bag and paid £30 for it. They sent the wrong colour bag - ok not the end of the world but the quality of the bag is VERY poor. The lining is very flimsy and is likely to fray when I put anything heavy in it. I do like the design of the bag but it is unlikely to last very long nor is it worth £30! Worst of all, rather than having a ‘Nora’ logo on the bag, I get ‘Dxyizu’ instead 🤬

AVOID NORABAGS!

The bag was advertised as £23.79 reduced from £69.98 and it is absolute tat. It's really flimsy, has squint seams and loads of threads hanging out. The bag doesn't support it's own weight let alone anything in it - it looks like it came out of a Christmas cracker. The company's returns policy is fake and there's no way to get your money back. Good reminder to do more research on a company I don't know before buying online. Don't buy anything from this website!

Absolute tat - I could have got the same bag from Primark for about £5 - according to the website it was 'reduced from £134.99 to £34.97. I'm sure they won't be upset by the reviews on here, as they've made a shed load of money selling crappy bags for high prices. I might use it for, I dunno, a reminder not to buy things from websites like this again?
