Absolute scam!!! It's no diffrent then any other cheap $5 kmart dog toy is paid for the large and premium upgrade and received a duck that's not even 25cm long also has absolutely 0 calming effects and the dog mystery box is just day light robbery its all a lie.
I asked for help and got told ""that I did receive the premium duck" nothing but scamers affter your money luckyl I paid with pay pal as I will be getting all my money back i hope these pepole go out of buissness also costmer service is just rude its a spit in the face when you spend $50+ on a cheap kmart toy and then bieing told that it is the premium n large one DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEPOLE THERE SCAMMERS AND MAKE SURE U USE PAYPAL SO YOU GET THE MOMEY BACK!

Waste of Money - The toy duck is the size of your hand -- the photos are completely misleading. The "surprise" was PDF downloads of dog training books that are so out of date and useless. What an utter waste. The response when I contacted the company was gaslighting me to believe that I should be happy to get what I got. Yeah... No thanks.

Total Scam
Offer of a free calming and supposedly indestructible toy for dog is an utter scam. Our dachshund took a little over some 10 minutes to tear it apart to reveal plastics and stuffing. Reply from Noovelo was that I hadn't opted for a premium upgrade - what a scam!

Ordered 2 ducks and a “surprise “. Received a 2.5” stuffed carrot. Not worth the price I paid. The two ducks are not calming, much smaller than anticipated and easily destroyed. Reached out to the company - advised me the picture makes the product appear much bigger. Also, the carrot was randomly selected. Why do they even have such a toy? Company does not care.

Ordered the calming duck toy on 9/24/24. It did not calm my puppy, He destroyed this within 15 minutes of getting it. Do NOT order from them. I have contacted the company twice and have not gotten a reply.
