I have used this product before and…

I have used this product before and after trying some different products I have come back to using this one…the brain fog was noticeably absent using this product daily. I liked the taste of the strawberry lemonade so it was a great experience all together A+

In terms of getting a breakdown of the cost, you should receive an email confirmation listing precisely what you've purchased and the cost for each of those purchases. This should be in addition to the final confirmation screen you see prior to completing your purchase too.

If you're not seeing this email, or need further confirmation, please double check your spam, promotion or junk folders/tabs within your emails to see if it's landed there.

Love Noobru

Love Noobru - it has made such a big difference in my daily life. I liked it so much that I have recommended it to several friends and relatives to try for themselves!!

Your system used a card that I have not…

Your system used a card that I have not used with you. Period! Not sure how you got the information on that card. My wife was going to pay with pay pal but never got the chance, your syestem just said thanks for your payment.

Hi Jim,

Thanks for letting us know, but we're so sorry for the situation you've been placed in. We can see you've been in touch with our help team and things have since been resolved, but it's a shame things ended the way they did.

Just to reassure you, there's no possible way for us to charge a card without your express permission, and without you entering in those card details either. From reading through the conversation you had via email, it appears you accidentally checked out using card rather than going through the intended process for using PayPal. It looks like you may have used saved card details at the checkout unintentionally.

I hope this helps, but we are always on hand if there's anything else you need, or if you need us to guide you through the ordering process next time.

Not happy with the sales pitch

I ordered Noobru today
After I had pressed “purchase” I was offered a further discount if I doubled my order but only if I did it straight away. If I’d known that was going to happen I’d have ordered half the amount in the first place and then doubled it to arrive at the quantity I wanted
I did go for the offer but I feel I was bulldozed into buying more and spending more than I planned.
I’d give the product five stars but the sales technique is pretty shabby in my honest opinion so four stars it is
