Unfortunately, the purchase of the Spitfire Mk. watch.XV Commander Automatic – 24H Tactical Dial is advertised on the website with a watch box and a free Spitfire cap. The item was received in a bubble plastic bag and rolled into the cap, without the watch box. Despite my complaint and several emails requesting that what was advertised be corrected, the company did not respond and, after a couple of days, issued a link for me to return the purchased item. No email with an apology and acknowledging their shortfall.

The watch i ordered appeared to look nice. Until i opened it. If I had realised the item came from China I wouldn't have ordered it. Slight scuff on it
Rubbish packaging it should at least be presented in a box rather than a cheap padded envelope delivery updates concerned me as it sat at customs in Chine for a week but at least it arrived . Free baseball cap a bit crap but im sure my elderly dad will make use of it.
Strap appears fairly sturdy but we will see

Firstly, the product is of a very high quality and I am thoroughly delighted with the watches that I have received during the very busy Festive period.
I did have a minor issue, nothing to do with the Company or the watches, which was resolved very quickly. I was very impressed with their customer service team, who kept me updated until it was resolved.
My overall experience was exceptional, and I would not hesitate to recommend Nominal Time to anyone who is looking for a quality product at a very competitive price.
Its not just watches, they also have an excellent range of Jackets and other related products as well.

This is my final review for this company.
My watch arrived at the begining of November 2025 but was opened on my birthday, late November.
After less than 24 hours I experienced several issues with the watch and notified Nominaltime by email.
I followed their returns process.....unnecessarily slow and complex.....and finally I have received my refund 5th Jan 2026.
My two earlier reviews have been scathing, largely due to the faulty watch and my concern that I may have been scammed.
Putting the record straight, I now accept I was very harsh with my reviews.
I hope this company will simplify its returns policy and speed up the process so that customers are not left feeling they may have been cheated.

Ordered one of their Spitfire series watches.
Since I wasn’t happy with the product I wanted to get the 50% refund as per its advertised on the website then ended up asking for a full return/refund. My suspicions came true when the return address in China (Shenzen, Guangdong) was stated in an email, despite an address in the UK (WS118LD) is printed on the original packaging.
No need to mention that the cost of returning this item back to China would make the product even more expensive.

Very Very misleading. You would think looking at the company would make you believe Quality, fast delivery, well packaged products. I reality it's a poor lengthy service on par with cheap products from Chinese selling sites. Watch is probably worth 10 quid and cap although free , I would say very cheap. Came in a bag with poor packaging. Nothing to suggest its the great British spitfire inspired product. Very disappointed 😞

Very poor service long delay in fact delivery over a month to be exact.

Failed to respond to emails not convinced by this company excuse the phun time will tell. Not a very convincing service.

Through investigation it appears this company is in alignment with Henry's Watches, who have been proved to be fraudulent.
The watches are cheap Chinese Ali Express or similar.
The themed website and all content is AI, as is all communication.
The people running this operation wouldn't know a Spitfire from Jumbo Jet, let alone a Hurricane. They are a disgrace upon the heros of our country.
It's sham.
