Units seem of high build quality, slick design, very well packaged. Ease of use, features, documentation is great. However, the temperature sensor in the first glass I received was faulty, allowing the herb to heat nearly 7°C more than designed. Furthermore, the condensation function would chronically shut down way too early, when very little alcohol had boiled off.

Noids sent me first a replacement beaker, which I tested and found to be correctly calibrated. The condensation problem persisted, somewhat counterintuitively since I thought it was related to the faulty temp sensor. For this, Noids sent me an entire new unit. I have tested the replacement and it all works properly now. I did send the faulty unit back at their request, however at my expense. I believe them that the issues I reported are uncommon or unprecedented, so maybe I was just unlucky to have 2 major issues.

In the end, I have a good kit. It was a bit of trouble, and I think my first 2 batches of infused oil may have been adversely affected (sleepy CBN) by the too-hot decarboxylation process of the faulty first materials received.

But the company has done the right thing, and I'm now happy. After they receive the unit I returned and confirm that it was faulty as I reported, maybe they'll comp me for my return postage, as part of their QC process?

I bought largely because my living situation doesn't permit the smell of herb. Well, there is still some odor. It's not strong, but future batches I will need to carry out in a garden shed, where the mild smell might go unnoticed or be attributed to neighbors.

Even with the issues noted above, the oil I've made is enjoyable, and the process cleaner and easier than other methods I've tried. It will only get better with correct calibrations. Will pay for itself before long versus buying commercial edibles (legal where I live), and I enjoy the control I have of ingredients and process.

Truly great customer service. I was experiencing some issues with my unit not reaching the correct temperatures and after asking if there was a way I could test this they immediately sent out replacement parts to try.

Received it last wednesday, this one is for a good friend who saw mine and also wanted one for himself.

Sending the package took a bit longer than expected, but it's just a detail and i am happy with noids

Package arrived as promised within 24 hours. Packaging is exceptional and its all recyclable. The machine and its attachments arrived undamaged. I ordered an extra beaker which arrived perfectly hanging in a cardboard cradle for protection. The unit is very well made and operates as expected from the instructions given. It has produced very consistent results and am very impressed.

Excellent bit of kit I love it.. the customer service is also fantastic and easy to contact them via Whatsapp... The plunger/filter part was playing up a bit so a friendy chap called Thomas sent me a new one out very fast.

Firstly!
I Would just like to say a big thank you to Thomas for being so prompt with responses and advice. I messed up when cleaning my Pot and pulled out the silicone ring that helps hold the glass jar in place. Little did I know it wouldn’t be able to go back in properly. I contacted Thomas via WhatsApp (very convenient may I add) who told me I wouldn’t be able to get it back inside the rim and that it also helps lock in the heat when processing so my Pot was now null and void 😖.
He then sent me another Noids Machine which came in the post quite quickly! My first I ordered through Amazon. Please don’t be like me and pull out the silicone ring. If it needs to be cleaned a wipe over is just fine 😂🤣. Thank you again and my new pot works perfectly! I have a magic butter machine that is now collecting dust thanks to this easy straight forward and high quality piece of tech! It also looks better may I add. Very sleek and small. It’s also not messy! I look forward to more from this company.
