When this company started up, they were amazing. Great customer service and so much thought went into their boxes. I’m not sure if they haven’t made enough money since or what because I placed two orders two months ago and neither have arrived. I’ve emailed countless time regarding my orders and to request a refund however no response.
The customer service is seriously shocking.

I would NOT recommend to anyone thinking of placing an order with them now. I’m starting to feel as though they are scamming customers.

Awful experience never again will I purchase from this company. Ordered a box to be delivered in the US in June 2021 after checking with the seller that they did worldwide shipping and the order never arrived. Am convinced this is a scam. Have chased for a refund for almost a year and still nothing. Absolute joke

I ordered through them twice within a short space of time because I saw a lot of hype on my socials.
I ordered two items in my first order but only one turned up. I have emailed multiple times as well as sending messages on social media and commenting but I have had no reply.
The second order turned up within a few weeks but I’m still waiting for the second half of the first order.
There is a serious lack of communication but seems very active on socials, replying to those who are sending praising messages.
Looking at the reviews recently, it seems others are having the same problem.
I’m now £20 out of pocket with no goods or refund in sight.

Would not recommend. Ordered on the 27th September and had to chase for weeks, must have sent about 100 emails/messages on Instagram and tik tok by this stage. My order hasn’t arrived and it took until 9th November to get confirmation of where my order was. That’s 6 weeks! apparently there was an issue with my address. I still don’t understand how it takes 6 weeks to find this out. I am now getting a refund but this has not came into my bank yet.

Constantly chasing my order and emailing has caused so much unneeded stress. I am out of pocket for something ordered in September….

I feel like I have been ignored and distracted with “we will check this” “it’s been shipped” “any day now” comments and emails and when I have expressed how disappointed I am it has not even been acknowledged.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I thought “oh it won’t happen to me” but has been the worst experience ever. If you do order, prepare to hound the company for updates and to be ignored.

I have spoken to various other customers all in the same boat, waiting 4-6 weeks with no order and no update. The company needs to understand we are paying customers!

I have screenshots and evidence that customers are expressing their negative experience and the company is deleting these comments from social media. I will happily provide these to anyone who is in doubt.

2nd Time leaving a review, as my last one got reported when it was all factual information so il leave this short and sweet.
two outstanding orders, both sept 21st and sept 23rd. no replies to emails for the last 8 days, i requested a refund and i then started to get ignored. cant tell me when il get my goods that i PAID for. just keep saying "its on the move" when it clearly is not.

This company is a joke, literally buy at your own risk. I bought a mystery box, back in March!! Still no mystery box! I’m beyond annoyed at the way this company have fobbed me off over the past months. They really do seem to pick and choose whom they send their products too. I’ve really had enough of their lies now, after countless messages and emails, the latest information is they’re having issues with Royal Mail, though there’s nothing up on the Royal Mail website, and originally being from near that area, none of my relatives are having issues.
