Every single order has been a dream: gorgeous, top-quality beauty products at prices you won't find anywhere else. I've picked up so many favourites, but Project Lip's plumper and balm and Summer Fridays have completely stolen my heart! 😍 Project Lip leaves my lips feeling so soft, full and gorgeous, and I genuinely can't go a day without it now. And Summer Fridays is pure luxury. Every product feels so nourishing and beautiful, and I'm totally obsessed. These brands are honestly the best, and my makeup bag has never looked better! 💋
But it's Nod herself who keeps me coming back. She pours her whole heart into her shows and goes above and beyond for every single person there. She's kind, generous, honest and so warm that you feel like you're hanging out with a friend rather than shopping. What an amazing seller! I cannot praise her enough. I bought a load of project lip stuff. Cannot wait to try it on. She is fantastic. Very genuine. On the whatnot app, during the live shows I won £20 and she transferred it to my account straight away. Although I don’t need more bits, but I will still be watching her lives as they are so entertaining. She does charity work too and helps smaller businesses. The woman is the Ms Rachel of make up and skin care!

I won a competition in August last year…
I won a competition in August last year of £1000 worth of products and was announced as the winner, but never received my prize.
I’ve contacted the company numerous times and have repeatedly been promised parcels have been sent or I will get an update, but then never received any other response or tracking. My messages have been repeatedly ignored, and despite chasing this up for over a year , I still haven’t received a clear answer or any resolution.
As a returning customer, I’m particularly disappointed with how this has been handled. I’ve always supported the company, but this experience has unfortunately made me lose trust in them. I’ve also noticed I have been unfollowed on Instagram and the original competition post has been removed.
All I ever wanted was an honest response and the prize I was promised. I just don’t understand running a competition and announcing the winner but not sending anything.

Disappointed
Had a couple of good straightforward purchases but when she gets it wrong despite being quick to make promises to rectify she doesn’t fulfil those promises. I’m still waiting on a solution to their mistake at the beginning of July and it’s now end of August! 2 months is too long! Such a shame.
Not sure what is meant by unprompted! Empty promises and lack of communication is what has prompted this. But now via WhatNot a full refund has been made.
I’ve given whatnot all the info. I’ve been messaging Nod and there was never any suggestion that you couldn’t find the order. I will go back to Nod on Whatnot as I haven’t had a request for more info from you.
