I just got a noble pro treadmill and it literally exceeded all my expectations, it's even way nicer than the treadmill in my gym... worth every penny

Bought my NoblePro Elite E8.0 Treadmill back in 2021.

Despite being well under the weight limit it recommends for use, by 10 stone!, I'm now going to need to replace my board for the third time. Each time cracking down the middle.

Each time it has cost me money.

Having previously contacted customer support they have denied it being a design defect or poor material choice.

First time I got a like for like board. But 6 months later it did it again. But didn't seem to be worried that one customer, had the board broken twice.

The next occasion I received a board it came with a new metal reinforcement bar a third way down the board. Seems odd they don't recognise it as poor design or material choice but they chose to improve it?

Any way, last week the board has broken once more. In the same way, a crack running down the length of the board, this time towards the back.

Maybe the next design iteration will see a second metal bar added? Or maybe just better quality wood?

Not contacting support, they've had enough money and haven't once repaired under warranty.

Just very glad this cost only £1k and not nearly double the price they are now!

Responsive customer service, and good quality product that allows high performance features for a reasonable price tag

The treadmill is easy to set up and a good solid running track with plenty of length. Feels as good as any treadmill I have used at a gym. Controls easy to use and lots of stats after a run.

Had one of these treadmills 8i I think for last 3-4 years - run on it lots - it’s in garage constantly being moved around on wheels - it works great - connects to Zwift - no issues - well built - heavy duty - thought I’d leave a review as watt bike atom bought after this gave up the ghost long ago

The Noble Pro treadmill has transformed my running. My run training is now has accelerated my 5k running, all the way through to marathons, through variable speeds and inclines - creation of interval sessions to provide perfect progression in each training block.

Very pleased with our noble pro. Having had a Nordic track breakdown with no support we took the plunge to buy new, I was pointed in the direction of Stuart who has been a huge help in helping me decide which one to buy and in the post purchase set up pairing it to zwift and a few other technical gremlins. The guys that delivered it were great and assembled it and took all the packaging away ! A really nice piece of kit and love the built in connectivity.

This treadmill has exceeded my expectations, the run on this is fantastic and easy to use for all the family. Bluetooth connectivity is excellent to all apps and devices. Stuart has been a godsend right from placing the order to receiving the tread, his advice has been invaluable. No question is stupid and he’s gone out of his way to help where he can! Delivery and setup was also flawless.
If you are considering the Noblepro, do it! You won’t be disappointed!

Great treadmill that connects flawlessly to zwift. First impressions are that it’s a quality machine with a good sized running deck. Highly recommend 👍

First class service and delivery! Stuart recommended Noblepro to me and I have not been disappointed. Trained for my marathon on it and had the most even splits ever for the entire distance. Who said you can’t train for a marathon on a treadmill?!?!

Great treadmill and delivery service made it so easy. If you’re looking at getting a Noble Pro, then do it!

Having spoken to Stuart Middlecoate I decided to take the plunge and purchase the E8I treadmill.
Everything was fine until it decided to just blow a fuse after only a couple of months use, this happened a few times, I spoke to Noble Pro who suggested I try a few things, which I did, nothing worked. So I decided to try different surge protectors. The original Surge protector I used was up to 13 amps, I eventually tried one that was 13 amps, anyway this sorted the problem out. The only problem I have with it now is the heart bpm on the bars doesn't work properly when you put your hands on them. I'm not going to to give a bad review because of this as I haven't contacted noble pro about it yet as it only just happened this last week and I was hoping it would sort itself out. The treadmill itself is very sturdy and when running/walking on it, no vibration at all, which is paramount when you have damaged discs in your back. All in all a really good buy that knocks any of my old treadmills I've owned out of the water. If you purchase one you won't be sorry.

What a refreshing change! My old treadmill died and I was looking for something at the right price point that had great connectivity to Zwift. Posted a message on the forum of the Zwift Long Distance Runners: who better to give advice on good quality and good connectivity? Stuart, one of the Noble Pro ambassadors came straight back with a couple of options. I also got really good feedback from others on the forum who have Noble Pro treadmills and were all singing the praises.

So order placed, treadmill was delivered 3 working days later by a great delivery company who were very professional. They had it built for me within 40 mins. Just great.

It is absolutely night and day over my last treadmill. So sturdy - I can see why they give a 3 year guarantee, as I expect they have very few call outs. It really does do everything I want. Feels like a £10k version from the local gym, certainly gives me that kind of feeling in terms of quality.

All in all, I would most heartily recommend, great company, great way of getting their message out there via the ambassadors, and great product. What’s not to like?

Love my Noble Pro E8i. Bought for the connectivity to zwift, which is seamless. Any questions are quickly responded to by the team and a shout out to Stuart Middlecoat, for hints and tips...

I went for the E8.0 as it has everything I need, very quiet, I have used kinni and the onboard workouts and it connects to zwift instantly. A great machine, special thanks to Stuart Middlecoate for his help.

Having been a user of the 8i for a couple of years. I decided to purchase a 10i. Not because there was anything wrong with the 8i but it was on the 3rd floor of my house so I decided to leave it for my daughter and purchase a 10i for the new house.

The 10i is everything the 8i is but better in my opinion. The running deck just feels so much more solid, of course it’s larger & feels firmer The touch screen display is next level without a doubt. It’s reactive, instant and the connectivity was seamless. Initially it certainly feels, looks and performs like a top class treadmill. The after sales service & communication from the NP team and the ambassadors for advice has always been first class with no request to much effort.

I’d fully recommend the Noble Pro 10i without hesitation.

I did ALOT or research prior to ordered & extremely happy with it, customer support & the NB Facebook group & of course their GURU stuart M , the NB embassador who has been very helpful indeed
Would definately recommend if you want a TM in this price bracket.. its used at leadt 5 times a week with runs upto 20 miles
Only thing i would say - i should have gone for the interactive console rather than the base version ... in hindsight

I purchased the NoblePro E8i because I was looking for a smart treadmill that would sync effortlessly with Zwift without the need for sensors or apps.
Delivery and installation was efficient and professional. The treadmill runs smoothly and quietly. I tend to run long distances and the comfort of the belt has allowed me to clock up the miles without succumbing to injury.
I have owned the treadmill for over two years now and have never had any issues with it whatsoever. Should I ever have a problem in the future, however, I know that I will get first-rate help and advice from NoblePro ambassador Stuart Middlecoate.
The E8i is a high quality treadmill.

After a few stop starts I finally got going with my noblepro 8.0 and seen what all the fuss is about, fantastic piece of kit, running it with kinomaps and can't fault it.
Thanks to Stuart noblepro ambassador for helping me with some slight hiccups at the start.

Also something worth noting with NoblePro is the aftercare support you receive, something that other brands don’t offer as well. At first I was a little confused by all the companies ‘Ambassadors’ but I was quickly made aware that these are keen runners who are happy to help with any support 24/7. A big shout out to Stuart Middlecoate who provided me advice on maintenance tips that worked a treat, he is always sure to check in with me through Facebook to see how I’m getting on with the product.
