cheap plastic stuff for the price that not worth it at all , you could not even use a real chain , it is also plastic, i can not wear this mockery of a bag; never again

I ordered from this company two months ago and they send me a FAKE tracking number for an item sent from China, despite them claiming to be based in Amsterdam.

Many emails later they claimed to have problems with their website but would refund me once it was up and running, completely disregarding that they had actually lied about sending my order.

Needless to say, their site is back up, and after even more emails, still no refund.

They are an absolute fraud and it’s awful that they are continuing to take people’s money!

Please don’t fall victim .

They did not deliver my bag. They took my money and did not deliver my bag. Its a scam

Worst company and experience ever. DO NOT BUY from this company. More than two months waiting for my bag, after several emails with no response, got a VERY RUDE and inappropriate answer from customers service with a fake tracking number. They promise to refund my money back if in 5 days I wouldn't get my order and is been nearly 2 months, and I don't think I will get either of them. They are FRAUD!

Worst company, would not recommend to anyone. 66 days waiting for my bag, every day I write to them by e-mail, no one answers me. The seller promises to wait 5-20 business days, but it's been 2 months already!!!! And I don't know if I will ever get my order or my money back. Šo not order anything on this site !!!!!

This is fraudery! You will not get the bag from picture. You will not get invoice. data on company is nowhere on the site. And when they say "ok, we will return the money", they will not give you legible address... FRAUDERY!!!

It has been over a month and i have not received my purchase yet and customer care is not replying to my e mail!!!

I never received the parcel. The costumer service did not responed one single time

The bag is plastic and not leather even though the bag is still described as leather on the website. Customer services ignore this and expect me to return at my own cost. I really wanted to support an independent but have to say AVOID...

One star is still too many. Please don't order at noble Amsterdam here is fraud at work. There is no customer service. There are no replies to emails or messages. Comments on Instagram will be deleted. I have activated buyer protection at PayPal and am waiting for my money to be returned. On the Pursed Amsterdam page, the same items are offered, also here fraud is in the foreground.

total scam! it’s been more than a month still didn’t get my bag!!

First they are not from Amsterdam they are from China 🇨🇳 and the products took too long to come and the quality is so bad I can’t even carry.
Pls, don’t buy from them.

I payed for a purse 8 of February. Delivery has to be in Europe. They told 3-5 working days. Today is 16 of March!!! I asked for money back, no response. Please, do not buy from that people!!!!
