Extremely disappointed with your customer service. My order worth €131,51 has been lost in Florida, even though I live in France. I’ve contacted your team multiple times over the past 10 days and received absolutely no response.

You promote yourselves as a small business that personally cares about its customers, yet this is how you handle a lost order? Mistakes happen, but ignoring customers who have paid and received nothing is simply unacceptable and disrespectful.

I’m still waiting for my refund or at least a proper response. I trusted your company, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing.

Got my order and needed some help with it. They answered in a timely manner and resolved the issue!! Loved my items and ordering more soon!!!!

Although there was a bit of a delay in receiving my order, I am very happy with the quality and the look of the earrings! The customer support I did receive was very responsive and helpful and I’d order from this company again.

Love the pieces! I bought the Oreé-collar and diamond drop and it’s gorgeous! I have gotten so many compliments the first day I wore it. It was a nice present to receive the floating double diamond studs, which I put on and have not taken off yet! The pieces are sparkly and well made. 5 stars all around. I will be ordering again and again!

I have the same experience as everyone else. I do think they are scammers. I ordered a lot of jewelry from them on my first purchase. They are probably making it for $1 and sell it for $100. When l returned everything because it was poor quality and it doesn’t even fit without ripping your ear off they said l can only get store credit. Which l refused and l haven’t heard back from them at all. They have their product returned but l still don’t have my money back after a month and a half, ridiculous.This is 100% scammers and l will dispute the transaction with my bank so they don’t get any money from me. Don’t shop here!

I did have an issue with a faulty item which took time to resolve however the supervisor himself took the time to call me , and ensured me on the phone that going forward customer service will be a priority. I was very happy to hear this since I truly love the items i purchased and I was very happy that a human took the time to make sure I was happy and my issue got resolved quickly and smoothly. I recently purchased 2 pairs of the Round Floating Diamond studs and they look even better in person! They are beautiful and I plan to purchase another pair for myself and 1 pair for teen daughter (who already stole my second pair:))

Noa sent me the wrong necklace and didn't offer to send the correct one. The website claimed it was out of stock. Then, there was no option for a refund. Noa stated that I could only purchase something else with a store credit. To add insult to injury, the store credit doesn't show up in the checkout screen, even though I'm signed in. Customer service gives incorrect and impossible instructions on how to apply the store credit. There's a strong chance that there are fraudulent practices going on within this company.

Initially I had an issue with delivery, but the customer service was so kind and quick to respond to my inquiry. They quickly replaced the item at no additional cost. They have been wonderful and the pieces that arrived are beautiful. I’ve already received several compliments.
