I ordered the Belly Balm because I suffer every month with period cramps, I had seen this all over TikTok as an organic alternative instead of taking pain relief. I love the Belly Balm because you simply rub it on directly to where the cramps are, it's so soft and smooth and feels amazing! I was sceptical, but it really is working for me! I have now bought some as gifts for friends because the price is so reasonable, its small and compact to fit in your bag to take anywhere with you. So impressed! Thank you No23 Body Clinic!!

Disappointed with Belly Balm
I tried the belly balm as an endo and adeno sufferer, finding it difficult to find comfort - but I have seen it all over TikTok, so I thought I would give it a go. I have no issues with the company itself; delivery was quick. However, I am completely disappointed with the belly balm. I find it does not warm at all or give off any sort of relief, and I am quite annoyed I wasted £14.99 on it when tiger balm and deep heat work 10 times better.

The belly balm has really improved the pains I get during my period. The balm helps ease the pains which I get in my back and tummy meaning I can continue my day to day activities and not make excuses for things due to my period! The beautiful design means it was the perfect gift for my Mum and Sister! It is also the perfect size to take with you on the move. Overall really happy and will be buying again! Helping my period pains finally :)

I’ve used The Belly Balm on my last period and it was a game changer I’m honestly really impressed! The scent is subtle but calming, and it absorbs quickly without leaving any greasy residue. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in cramps after applying it to my lower belly—sometimes it feels like the pain fades almost immediately. I love that it’s made with natural ingredients, It’s become a must-have for me during my cycle, especially on those particularly painful days. Highly recommend it for anyone who struggles with period cramps!

This is now a staple for me! It’s handbag friendly so can be used on the go. It has a really nice cooling sensation when used and is natural ingredients which I LOVE!

Love the Belly Balm
Thank you for the Belly Balm. It really works well. I think it is a great idea that you don't apply it with your fingers so you haven't got to wash your hands after using it. Also, the size is great as you can just put in your handbag. Great idea. 😊

I recommended it to anyone!
I got the belly balm as I suffer with painful periods, in the past nothing has really helped but I now tell everyone about belly balm. It’s also great for my teenage girls to take to school for pain relief throughout the day.
