I had an excellent experience with Noya Motor Group, and I want to give a special shoutout to Mostafa, who assisted me throughout the process of buying a car.

Came to buy my car through car wow. Really bad start - over 2 hours late for appointment and made no contact. I had to ring dealer direct to find out what was happening. On arrival started to negotiate price down based upon things that had already been clearly and honestly disclosed in the original listing. Offered around £750 less than their bid which I declined. This was extremely disappointing and was expecting to have to re-list my car. However after posting my initial review (as above) I was contacted by the dealership who could not have been more helpful. They apologised and offered to buy the car at the original price agreed, car was picked up a few hours later with no issues.

From our 1st contact with Noya Motor Group we received only honesty and respectful guidance from the sales professional Tulica.
He was very warm and clear.
When he said he would do something or call at a particular time he did. Never letting us down.
We did not want to travel 150 miles to view the vehicle we bought, we also had a car to trade in.
He made the process extremely clear and simple.
Tulica made us a video of the car at the beginning. We asked for the wheels to be blacked and a Williams life time ceramic coat to be applied.
I had looked around for prices but Noya were, by far, the most competitive.
Tulica also made videos of each process.
Ensuring we had confidence whilst buying from distance.
Tulica arranged the delivery of our Evoque and collection of our part exchanged RCZ.
Again this was seamless.
Everything was done with precision.
The vehicle came on a transporter.
The guys were fantastic, so polite and helpful.
From start to finish this was so smooth.
We really would recommend Noya Motor Group and especially Tulica, a truly genuine and warm man.

Tried to buy my car through Carwow. Came after a very low bid and tried to justify hundreds off the price because the battery needed charging and there was an advisory for a tyre slightly worn. Bad experience clearly a tactic and makes me think the whole Carwow, Motorway thing is just set up for these to bid low. I'd expect that they do not even competitively bid as it means real market value is paid. Avoid unless you are willing to be played.

This is a follow up experience . NMG have come forward to remedy the issues with swift action . I'm now happy than I was 2 days before . THANK YOU aftersales team for your dedication to this issue

Good and bad, staff friendly enough.
Booked appt to view a car, car wasn’t even on site or cleaned ready for test drive. Following week came to collect after they said they would have it serviced, and fully valeted in the week.
No valet done, car off site again, so slow with service and no awareness of the time they were taking. Guy who was with us constantly having conversations with other staff about other cars while we were still waiting.
No sense of customer service. We had to go off and have some food while they finished the cleaning, and car still wasn’t valeted properly!!
Also, Bluetooth wasn’t working and wasn’t checked by service team.
Wouldn’t recommend again as very poor customer service and so so slow in dealing with customers.

I would never buy a car off them again, bought a car, with warranty, left the garage with a noisy fan, and they wanted the warranty company to fix it, I have to fix it myself after 5 month of no contact.

Bought a Tesla from Noya motor group in September 2024. Impeccable service from start to finish! Thankyou for all of your help in choosing our new car, highly recommend if you want quality cars and outstanding customer service from start to finish!

I bought a xtrail from them and discovered a fault on my way home. Did exactly what you would expect from a good dealer had the car back to try and find and fix the fault sadly it diddnt work out and my car was returned but I wouldnt let that put me off buying from them again very professional.

I purchased my vehicle from this company just four months ago, after only a month I had to take the vehicle back to them due to an issue with noisy brakes, I actually waited while the works were supposedly sorted. Surprise surprise the fault accured again on the way home! I knew this would happen because I knew that they didn't even take the wheels off!
I recently broke down on holiday in the UK, and I had to have the vehicle towed to a garage, again the Noya Warranty people couldn't help me, and I had to fork out £160.00 for taxi's and a garage bill, which of course ruined my holiday.
When I arrived home the fault occurred again! Got a told me " they could not look at the car to another six days". Which just about sums the company up! I am now without a vehicle for a week! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

I have bought a used car last month. When I arrived the car wasn’t ready for me to pick up. I was waiting for the sales person Mikey never available and ready to receive a client. I have called prior to arriving to prepare the sales team for my arrival. The message hasn’t been passed onto the sales person. I haven’t been allowed to test the car and pushed to sign an agreement without proper evaluation. There are several faults that I have t been informed about - the car sometimes starters on start, which is a major problem. Not to mention a compensation for very expensive broken front light that is close 5 times lower than the cost of required job. I tried to cancel the agreement within 14 days that was highly unsuccessful as until now I am kept in the dark without appropriate response causing me a lot of distress, financial instability and mental health issues. I don’t recommend this car broker! Check every word of the agreement and think 3 times before you buy a car from Noya Motor Group.

Mrs bought a Range Rover Evoque off these last December (27/12/2023)and has nothing but problems with it since. Two turbos have blown, meaning it’s been off the road for 11 weeks. She’s had to replace all 4 tyres and the break discs within 5 months of owning it( less than 5000 miles) The gear box is now leaking. It’s an absolute pig of a car. She has requested service history off them twice and she still hasn’t received it. Absolute cowboys. I’d really avoid this crowd at all costs. Scum is to good a word.

Bernardo! Such a lovely guy, NMG a great variety of makes, models and prices, very busy place but staff always checking in on you if help needed. Called ahead for a test drive, car not at site but it was there by the time we got there! Great service this place offers! Offer fair price in part exchange too and great after sales package.
Bernardo charmed us so much we went back a week later for a second car! (Next part of the review!)

Bernardo was extraordinarily helpful, I visited the garage on 3 occasions, on each occasion it was clear he was exceedingly busy, each time however he made sure we had everything we need. Very helpful and kind.

Two cars in a week you know they’re doing it right! And can’t big up Bernardo enough!!
