This company charged my credit card and didn’t send the watch. Contacted multiple times and they keep saying it’s in the works, but still no watch. Asked for a refund three times and they will not refund my money. They are now responding to my emails that they may have a virus and will not be opened. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered a watch and accessories in early August, never received anything except emails. All emails to the company went unanswered, including 1 to customer service.

SCAMMMMM , ordered my watch 150$ on june its September, i email every week they take 3 days to answer and they always say , its shipping soon every week for 4 months now ,still no watch they still ignore me and my money no where to be seen even though i asked for a refund 2 months ago

I have order watch since July 25 for $104 I have not received it and there is no body to talk to .Very bad

Over Two months and I have not yet received my [aid-for watch And your "contact us" page does not work.

I rate Njord Gear 10 stars. I ordered my watch on August 16th and still not even received a shipping confirmation. I have asked for a refund many times. Funds have been debited from my account. Njord Gear has stolen my money. Never buy from Njord Gear!!!!

Lack of professionalism. No customer service. Never received my order. No reply to any communication that I sent. Do not order from this company they are a fraud and scammers.

This company "Njord Gear" is a total SCAMMING company. Advertising 3 day shipping, and i placed my order on August 21st 2025, and it still shows preparing shipment on Set. 13th.. I'm going to my bank Monday and disputing the charge, and hope i still receive the watch, but they won't get paid. Giving them a little taste of their own medicine. Don't expect any delivery from them, as it doesn't take any other company half as long. And i believe this company doesn't exist. WATCH OUT FOLKS.

Scam never received the watch.

I ordered this watch Aug 3rd, Still has not been shipped. Now the customer service is ignoring me. It is Sept 12th. Their customer service is terrible. I want a refund. It looks like i have to take it up with my Credit card.

So far I can’t leave a great review. I ordered this watch in July and still have not gotten it. Spent a lot of
Money. I have written the company and after I bought it , I got an email
Back. Now that’s it’s been 2 months. Nothing. Better not be a scam.

Watch stopped working after 3 months. Buttons stopped working first, the raise to wake. Then just completely unable to wake it.
Warranty claim process is unresponsive.
Wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything from this company.

Placed an order that I have yet to receive nearly a month later , no updates no confirm of shipment, nothing . I would recommend people avoid any purchase .

I placed a order on July 26th 2025 it is September 7th 2025 and it's been 43 days and I still have NOT recieved my order..all I have gotten is a bunch of lies making up excuses about having problems getting products...I am sure that NJORD GEAR is a fake company

Where is the instruction manual, that should come with the watch? Both still not operational, try it when you are 73 years of age and not computer savvy. The Da Fit instructions are useless. Maybe we try your refund procedures, which I imagine will be a DISASTER.

I ORDERED MY WATCHES ON JUNE 9th 2025. After a hustle of severe bad customer service, I finally received my watches on August 27th. To claim 3-5 days of delivery… IS A SHAME.
I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU PRIORITIZE THIS PURCHASE FROM A COMPANY WHO FAILED DRAMATICALLY ON ITS PROMISE. Worst off it was my birthday to the day I received the package and I was out of town.

EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Placed order Aug 6th. Advertised 3 days shipping. Got an alert label made 08/10/2025, but nothing taking to carrier. Aug 14th I emailed and requested that my order be cancelled. Not taken to shipping carrier until Aug 21. This was ignored. Then on Aug 25th a watch band was delivered. I again emailed demand to cancel order, since had not even shipped. Again got emails apologizing but nothing else. Then on August 27 advised watch shipped. Again demanded refund and cancellation. Same response with apologies but nothing else. Review of shipping tracking shows it was not even accepted by shipper until 08/28. Now been over 3 weeks on order claiming 3 day shipping.

I made my order on July 22, 2025. And I have not received it yet. And I can’t get anyone from your company to tell me when I might get it! Either send me my money back or send me my order

I am not satisfied, the watch stopped working and I use it occasionally - I do not recommend it☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️😡😡😡
