Can't return watch
OMG why did I not read these reviews about Nixon watches before I bought one. I just received it and I wanted to return it as it of not very good quality. And of course they say I can't return it because of the stay at home order in California. What how did they manage to get it to me? Don't buy one in case you have to return it you can't.
Update: Nixon called me today and said they will let me return the watch afterall - and if I had clicked on the return page I would have seen that they were not taking returns. My comment was - who does that? So the policy is not on the front page of the website says Nixon but it is somewhere among their web pages if you can find it.

Watches are great and all but.
Watches are great and all but when I ordered a part the lady had said to me it would take 2 weeks for arrival.. 2 weeks goes by I ring to see what’s going on and they had made out that they were “extremely busy” and that my part hadn’t been sent & that I had another 2 weeks wait.. not impressed!
Best watches and superb customer service.
I own 4 Nixon's and they are all awesome. a 51-30 Tide, Corporal SS, Steelcat and the Kylo Ren Star Wars watch. The Kylo Ren I got due to the fact I sent in a very old Nixon for service and they no longer had those parts and gave me a $350 credit to order anything i wanted. I have local repair shops for replacing batteries etc but I always send the watches to Nixon as they make the process so easy. They also have free battery replacement every year i think so sometimes it is free, including shipping... Awesome watches, sharp looking, a little heavy for the larger ones and superb customer service.

I ordered the siren for women and I hated the silicone wristband so I sent it in to exchange for a different one. It took over a month to get it back. I wore it for two days and the clasp broke! I’m not even going to bother sending it back in because I need a watch. Therefore, I’m going to have to pay a jeweler to repair a watch that was brand new AND repaired once already. I regret buying this watch. Waste of money. It also sucks that it’s made for water sports and you can’t see the time bc it’s so dim. Total waste

Poor quality!
I've had two Nixon watches and although they looked good unfortunatley the quality was dreadful.
I bought the Mission which was design for outdoor pursuits. The strap faded after less than 2 years and I only wore the watch for casual stuff. They wanted £60 for a replacement! It's only a piece of plastic, and not even good quality plastic! The first watch had so many issues with it that I wouldn't know where to start! oh, also bought a t-shirt which was made from very cheap material! Could not buy any of their stuff again which is a shame as the design of some of their stuff is good.

Really good quality watches in my opinion and I have owned several over the years. However.... don’t bother buying from them direct. The service is dreadful. I needed to return the watch I bought. Their returns process is an online procedure but their system doesn’t work. Nothing on the site to say it isn’t working but when I contact them they are well aware it doesn’t work and give me the impression it hasn’t worked for some time. They offer to arrange a collection. I ask for a drop off label instead as I will be away. They ignore my request and send a DHL driver whilst I am away. I then have to contact DHL myself and try and arrange another collection. Eventually get an email saying my credit has been processed. 10 days later I still don’t have the money in my account. Waiting for a reply from Nixon.
I’m not saying don’t buy a Nixon watch, just don’t buy it from them direct. You will find them cheaper on reseller websites with much better customer service.

I won the closers club for 2019, & a custom time teller arrived at my door step, what a great experience, always had great experiences from Nixon & their products are durable & made to last!!!

Je déconseille fortement de commander chez ce vendeur. Mon expérience pour une ceinture en stock commandé le 19/12/2019 . Pas de mail d’envoie malgré que ce soit prévu chez le vendeur ???? 5/6 jours après sans nouvelle j’utilise leur contacte qui ne sers à rien . Le 30/12/2019 enfin je reçois un mail mais la personne qui me l’envoie doit travailler pour une autre entreprise .
Naturellement il m’écrit que l’article est dans un point relais dans une ville à 90 kilomètres.
Je pense qu’ils se moquent des clients vu que j’ai rentré la même adresse que mon compte paypal qui m’a servi à payer .
A présent je souhaite annuler et demander un remboursement l’article était pour un cadeau de Noël raté
Je consomme beaucoup sur internet je peux assurer que ce vendeur est vraiment à éviter.

So made an error as I checked out and emailed and called straight away. No way to amend orders online. They won't let you amend or cancel orders even before they have been shipped. Rude customer service person told me I couldn't speak to his manager (who strangely changed from male to female during the conversation) and I just cannot believe they think sending an item which is unwanted, only to have it sent back, is better for customers or the environment. Shame on you Nixon. Sort out your systems to allow changes before delivery. It's shambolic.

I've got seduced by the look of their watches and I ordered one from their official website for 240€. The watch was already used, dirty and the bracelet was scratched already. The watchbox was completely smashed. I know Nixon is not a true watch brand but more of a fashion brand yet I was still expecting a new or at least clean product.
They didn't offer any partial refund as I still wanted to keep the watch, not even their own website discount they were offering after I ordered putting the watch at 192€ instead of 240€ (NOT EVEN A WEEK after I received it). I sent it back and they refunded me minus the cost of delivery... great.
They put the watch back for sale (as it was the last one) probably waiting for the right gullible person to buy it and not complain.
And they refused my review on their website trying to alerting people buying that specific model.
Stay away from them, there is reputable watch brands out there with way better customer service. Do yourself a favor and don't order their watch.
Definitely interesting design
Definitely interesting design. But when using it's disappointing. The watch buckle adjusts poorly, squeals like an old bicycle chain, and gives you a constant discomfort by pulling out your hand hair.

Worst watch I've ever owned I've had it for a little over a year and a half only wore it one other time and was probably for about 15 minutes so I went to dinner the other night afterwards we stop by the bowling alley play one game of bowling and we're headed out to the car I look down at my watch and every number the name Nixon each hour line all just fell off of the whole face of the watch and they're just stuck to the glass so now there's $125 watches useless you can't see nothing on the face just White I'll see how you paid $5 to have a watch made and sell it for $125 I will never buy another Nixon anything I'm just going to stick to my casio's and g shockI wish you'd let me leave a picture on here of how bad this watch really looks and only had it on for 2 hours definitely don't spend your hard-earned money on this product
The standard of watch
The standard of watch, battery life, customer service - all poor.
THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS BATTERY LIFE - IT USED UP NEARLY 75% OF BATTERY POWER JUST OVERNIGHT WHILST SLEEPING.
I think this is my 2nd or 3rd replacement and still having issues with charging points going rusty green - plus the charging points are hot when you put on wrist.
Look elsewhere if you want to buy a watch - Suunto or Garmin for waterproof outside stuff.

Do not buy from them!the company is a joke!i bought a watch which was water resistant, it got rust in the back and in the front by just washing my hands with tap water, i sent it to the service reception and i paid to sent it, and i got it back with rust in the front!which means they poorly cleaned the rust in the back and just sent it back!worst company!!

A truly awful experience ordering with this company.
The product did not arrive as advertised (the watch face was very hard to read as it was identical in colour to the hands) - I appreciate this may be a personal taste issue, which is fair enough. When I asked for a returns label to send back, customer services informed me their returns label service was 'broken' and that they would have to collect via DHL parcel service. I booked a morning off work - the company (which I appreciate is a separate company) did not arrive. I rang Nixon who essentially informed me this was not their problem. I booked another morning off - the parcel company did arrive, but an hour late.
It has been 16 working days, approximately three weeks since that and I have still not been refunded.
Some serious issues need ironing out with this company.

Die Qualität der Uhren bewerte ich leider als mangelhaft (hier Timeteller all gold). Zudem war ich leider mit dem Reklamationsprozess sehr unzufrieden. Es öffnete sich der Verschluss meiner Uhr ohne Vorwarnung und so wurde das Gehäuse hässlich beschädigt, diesen letzteren Fall habe ich reklamiert.Es handelte sich bereits um meine zweite Uhr, bei dieser vielen nach circa 1,5 Jahren die Ziffern im Blatt sind abgefallen. Da sie mir gefiel, dummerweise nix gelernt und nochmal eine gekauft. Ergebnis der Reklamation: Wirklich zick Emails später habe ich zur teuren Versendung noch das Gehäuse bezahlt. Da es nicht als Reklamation geschweige denn Kulanz angenommen wurde. Thank you for nothing Nixon! Nie wieder!
