Horrible service, haven’t even been paid

Site used to be very good - now they have resorted to scamming their list of old customers - offering big bonuses with small deposits - then refusing payouts

Disgraceful...do not fall into this trap

Scammers or Insolvent!

Back in March, I requested a withdrawal of 20 mBTC. Fast forward to now (it's been over five months!), and I'm still waiting. No updates, no excuses, just radio silence. Their so-called "fast payouts" are a blatant lie – this is outright theft disguised as a crypto casino. To make matters worse, their customer support is a joke. I tried reaching out via live chat last week again multiple times a day, every single day, and it's been utterly unreachable. No agents online, no responses to tickets, nothing. It's like they've ghosted their own customers. If you're thinking of depositing here, think again. Zero stars if I could. Stay away, folks – there are way better platforms out there that actually pay out.

Update: 13th november 2025: still no payouts. Does anyone know where their hq is located? I will sue them to the ground. Its hilarious they still operating and people can deposit to this totally scammy betting site.

This Casino used to be awesome. Now they just steal your money every time you deposit. I was depositing here daily but after seeing these other reviews it confirms my suspicions about this place. DONE

My payment of 44 mbtc has been pending for two months, and they cannot give me any date when it will be processed. It seems that I will never see my funds. Every time I ask, I get the same answer that my payment is pending and awaiting verification.
I advise you to avoid this service.

I deposited 0.088 BTC two weeks ago, which was over 10 000 EUR.
I was very confident on one bet and wanted to bet the full amount, but unfortunately my account had a limitation at 4000 euros per stake (which is fair though).
I managed to bet the full 0.088 BTC split on several matches and won all of them.

My balance was then 0.133 BTC and I really freaked out reading the other reviews here...

Downside: the withdrawal process and the communication can be scary when you know this is crypto only and the site has no license.

After speaking with an agent, they told me the maximum withdrawal is 0.04 BTC, or 0.08 BTC split in 2 different withdrawals. But you have to speak to someone, otherwise the withdrawal is rejected without any explanation on why.

I had to make 3 separate withdrawal requests, for each of them I paid a fee, in total I waited for a total of 10 days to receive my full balance to my Binance account.

The odds on sport are not great at all, there is no value, but overall a positive review from me, 3 out of 5 stars because I managed to get paid in a bit less than 2 weeks.

I’ve been using Nitrobetting.eu for a while now and honestly, they’ve been one of the most consistent platforms I’ve played on. What really stands out are the generous bonuses. They’ve been offering massive 250% bonuses not just for new sign-ups, but even for existing users. Yes, the rollover is on the higher side, but I think that’s a fair trade-off to keep the business sustainable. They also have a winning cap on withdrawals, which some people may not like, but to me it shows they’re trying to balance things long term so the platform stays alive and rewarding.

As for support, I’ve only had positive experiences. The agents are well-educated, quick to respond, and actually know what they’re talking about (not the generic outsourced type you usually find elsewhere). Overall, I think some of the negative comments out there don’t really reflect how solid the site is. Like the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

If you’re looking for a reliable betting site that rewards loyalty and takes care of its users, Nitrobetting is definitely worth checking out.

Watchout they are exit scam!9633
They don't pay me 57mBTC since +2months
Most likely I won't see my money at all
Don't deposit there and don't play because they won't pay you out...

They allowed my 15 year old son to create an account and gamble on their website without verification. I understand things like this may happen but when I requested them to close the account they said that I needed to submit Identification documents to close the account. Does anyone else find this funny ? You don’t need Identification documents to play on the site but at my request to close the account I need to verify identity. I have proof of all the emails as well. Very shady website

It used to be a good website, one of the first crypto sportsbooks when it was nitrogensports.

They always paid out but recently they asked for some additional verification and dont reply my emails.

Stay away from this site.

I am a former long time player at what was once known as Nitrogensports eu. I left 2 years ago because I noticed all the same problems listed here by other players. I should go on record and say 10 years ago, this site, then known as nitrogensports.eu, was probably the most honest and credible sportsbook on the web. Their management at the time was top notch and run by the best group of people. Being scammed or dicked around wasn't even in question. Sadly, and yet unfortunately, whoever took over nitrobetting in upper management destroyed this sports books entire brand and reputation. This person had no business taking over to lead this book, and this is what happens when you place incompetent people in charge. I actually feel kind of sad for them. 1 person over there calling the shots managed to burn down the entire house on this book. Ruined it for everybody.

They do not pay
43 days of pending withdrawal
Scam me for 33mBTC payout
Do not deposit there, they won't pay out

edit: 2 months passed still no paymnet

Hello,

Thanks for your message. I understand your concerns, and I want to clarify that at no point did we state that a rise in BTC price is a reason you must wait for your withdrawal.

What I mentioned earlier is that, due to the recent increase in BTC value, there has been a sharp rise in withdrawal activity, particularly from previously inactive accounts. This has prompted a broader audit process on the platform. Your request is part of that audit, which includes routine checks to ensure compliance with current gaming and financial regulations.

This is not related to your account specifically having an issue, but rather part of the wider review process we’re required to follow. We are doing everything possible to process your withdrawal as quickly as we can and appreciate your continued patience.

this is a joke what they are doing!

Stay far away. The manager here has basically decided to steal from the players. Multiple reports at Sportsbook Review and at Bookmakers Review about them STIFFING players, refusing legitimate payouts, etc. They failed at operating a sportsbook and then started delaying payouts and I think it just got worse and worse as time went on. Now there is a backlog that they'll never get through so unless someone interferes directly, all of that money is just down the toilet. They are a bunch of f'ing losers probably angry that some of us win at sports betting. Basically it's just scammers running the site at this point. If you deposit there you are asking to have your money stolen from you.

Been with Nitro for 5 years and their payout is the worst out there. It's been almost 3 days since withdrawal request and they say it's still processing. I think they just sit in those chairs and be like let's make them wait. I don't know how the hell a simple approval takes more than 3 days when every other book does it in less than hours. Worst sportsbook ever, I would never recommend this sportsbook to anyone.

I withdrew more than 50mbtc over 2 withdrawals a few months ago. Currently, I have a 20mbtc withdrawal request pending for over 2 weeks

It appears nitrobetting is not paying out users anymore, please stay away from them.

nitro used to be quite good, but good luck getting your money out these days, i have currently a withdrawal in its "final review" for more than a month...

For many years I heard only positive reviews from my friends about the nitrobetting bookmaker, they noted the fast withdrawals of funds and were loyal to cryptocurrencies, which is a great advantage! But I was faced with a cruel reality. My withdrawal is waiting for 3 weeks, and as I see many people are waiting for their money for a very long time. Apparently nitrobetting has big problems with paying out funds. I hope to update this review as soon as I receive my withdrawal.

Will not pay out if you win ! Do not trust this site !

They will not let me withdraw! Keep delaying canceling! THIS SITE IS SHIT
