I am very glad I joined the company. I actually found them in Facebook and did low cost session on improving your digestion issues. I found it very useful and met few qualified professionals and were very happy with their approach and how they explained their roles and jobs and how they can help me deal with my issues. Then part of my package involved Therapeutic yoga . The yoga session I had with one of the Dr was very good. Dr Niveditha was friendly and explained everything step by step and listened to my problem. I have had problem with bending my right leg. I
had 2 sessions of yoga so far and I have made progress in bending my R leg . She is excellent . I am positive by end of this month she will help me achieve my goal. I also have other issues which she is helping me with.
I would highly recommend trying therapeutic yoga with this company. Overall yoga is good for you. I am looking forward to changing my lifestyle with this package I have taken.
The reason I have given only four star is that Aryuveda can be expensive but it does help you with your health issues.
Overall I would recommend Yara team.

I accidentally came across Yara on Facebook and unknown to me I joined a session on managing menopause with yoga. Who knew this was the beginning for my mind, body and soul.
I was looking to practise Yoga personally for a long time and was always searching on how to begin this wonderful journey.
BEST thing I have ever done is joining the YARA family. My initial connection with Dr Amala and 1 hour consultation discussing all my aches and pains and what I wanted to achieve with yoga and how to make this a part of me. Not only I have experienced 1 2 1 sessions with Dr Nandini who takes her time in explaining the practice and makes me work hard within my capabilites but also the knowledge of why you do certain asanas and beautiful explanation of the benefits behind it.
Also not forgetting the additional community sessions added for members to give you the best start to the day at no extra cost.
The YARA family takes a keen interest in you, checking on you, guiding you and always available on chats for any queries. Highly recommend to all my friends and family and very fortunate and very pleased to be part of YARA and getting to know such wonderful people who are working to better our lives.

My frozen shoulder had me away from some enjoyable moments last year. That's when my friend, also a member of the Yara Family, suggested that I take up the Yara yoga and diet plan which is tailored to meet my health issues.
