First puncture in 6 years on my Brompton, discovered @ Waterloo station & I live in East Hampshire! Enter Nip Nip ... walked in, offered to leave bike, he said no, dropped his other services & I was out of there in minutes, with new inner tube, plus wheel rim, brakes, tyre all checked as well. Friendly to boot, EVEN on a cold morning between Xmas & NY. 5/5!

Kind and professional approach
On very a quiet Friday morning I was cycling to work suddenly one of the pedals has come off. Luckily this has happened not to far from NipNip shop and Matt has kindly re-fitted the pedal and advised on maintenance work.
I m was very glad for his professional approach as prompt action leaving his other work on side.
Thanks to his help I was able to make to work on time.
Saturday morning attend NipNip…
Saturday morning attend NipNip towerbridge, reporting a problem with my rear gear Ultegra 22. Could you have a look at it, Ted said sure. I didn't want to put him out, as it seemed to be only him there. Bike on stand, within a minute said, gears need indexing, and the cable seems to be faulty. He said give me 1 hrs. Returned, wow gears running like new. He changed cable, index gears, & even checked my front derailleur. Perfect & the bill was very good indeed. Fantastic work. Thank you Nip nip & the man himself Ted. :)
