Good comms with real people
So far all parcels have arrived from UK to Ni . Started using as alternative to FedEx who just slap EU customs duty onto B2b deliveries from Uk To Ni even when UKIMS is all on place . The customer service with Ni parcels has been good they have always replied personally and you feel like it's not a massive faceless organisation . I don't like how the emails customers get says "your uni baggage parcel is on the way " I guess this is the name of another of their accounts but it confuses my recipients

Hassle free service
First time I had used parcel NI and it was hassle free, I found that a lot of the other companies wouldn't pick up from my address like FX which I found strange as it was a return parcel which they had delivered!!
I had a question about the return, so I was able to call Parcel NI and spoke to a very helpful lady who answered all my questions. Best of all the parcel was delivered on time and in one piece 👍🏻

Your review was left without any order or tracking number so we can't look further into this for you. It is extremely rare for any of the couriers we offer to not deliver an item as long as the delivery address is given correctly for the shipment. If the couriers tracking states delivered and it hasn't been received, this is something that you need to contact us about so that our team can investigate this with the courier urgently.
