They just take money and never give any withraw i wait more than 72 hours as they said i do not receive my money yet.
They just reply back to wait they are not paying anything. I apply withdraw on 16 monday at around 11:40 but i do not receive any single cent.

They mentioned on their website that withdrawal will take up to 3 working days for USDT .
I placed my withdrawal request on 30th of Aug and now it's more than 5 working days gone but still my withdrawal request is pending .
I sent them numbers of email's but they always reply we are processing your request .
I asked to them please give the maximum deadline they are also unable to provide it to me .
I can provide screen shots and video evidences too . I worked with many other casino sites but my experience with Ninlay is very terrible and I am really disappointed .
They should fulfill their commitments that they mentioned on their website .
And no doubt their customer support is good and always try to pass time as much as it's possible.
