Received the NOX AT10 12k yesterday. Fast delivery and nobody else seemed to have it in stock! The guys at Nine Padel smashed the customer service out of the park, kept me updated throughout, applied a new customer discount retrospectively that I’d forgot to use at check out & even left a hand written note 👍🏼

Really good info on the websites compared to most. Contacted them on whatsapp as I needed really fast delivery and Warren was straight back to me. Bought the right racket for me at a good price, really fast delivery and really good communication. You cant ask for more. There was even a hand written note in the box.
