Placed an order, great communication throughout with emails, arrived within a week, happy with that, thank you.

Please DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.
Even tho the company displays an Irish number on its website all products are coming from the United States. We purchased knee brace on 3rd July- we still have not received it. When you email they apologise & stated they require 24-48 hours to enquire about the status of the parcel. Then they reply & apologise again offering you 120% store credit (why would one chose this option ) or 100% refund… all with a promise will be processed soon. Unfortunately I opted to keep my purchase as my son really requires a “good brace” (no good when you don’t receive it) . Again , anther week passes by- I send another email enquiring of status of parcel….. again told they would require 24-48 hours to throughly review my order….. then told it would be dispatched between 22nd-27th July. Then finally receive an email stating it was dispatched on 25th July- so I left it a week And now every time I keep checking the supplied tracking number- it is still travelling in the united states…..
this knee was recommend by a physiotherapist and the only reason we purchased it. But really it all seems like a scam now as it was purchased due to a dislocation & recommended if he was to return to sports. but what is the point now……. Nearly 6 weeks later and still no support & a very frustrated mum. I am still unsure if the company is legit or if it is just a really good scam.
Don’t put yourself through this, just don’t buy from them.

It's a scam. The item never arrived despite being marked as delivered after almost a full month. Their customer support phone number always says "All customer support agents are busy" and immediately afterwards disconnects you from the call. It's just a blatant scam, avoid like the plague. Just look at all the negative reviews here and don't be like me thinking "worst case I'll deal with their customer support and get a refund". You're not getting your product or your money with this company.

Arrived on time. Was worried we would have been charged customs etc but no was delivered with no delay

The score could have been better , when I opened the package the cap was not tight on the tube and was leaking, used it last night and it felt as it was working , I'll have to give a few more days to see if I notice any difference

So many options. The order was delays by weeks, according to the website when I added my address it said 5 business day and it took a MONTH. I dont even need the product anymore. I was also informed that I was going to be able to track the order but ai never received any email or tracking number. When I contact the customer service about the delay, they answered in a tococ-positivity way which is worse than anything. I would never buy from you again and will never refer to anyone.

It took almost a month from ordering the product to receiving it and when I eventually got an estimated delivery date that was delayed too. Customer service was shocking, continuously evading the question I asked and did not want to tell me how to initiate a return, just told me not to accept the delivery (which wouldn't guarantee a refund).

I placed my order in April and it never arrived.Customer service ice said they would send another item. It never arrived. I have been asking for a refund and I keep getting fobbed off. So this company has 70euros of mine. This is theft. Do not use them.

Good communication. Product was perfect. Plenty of delivery updates which was good

Very happy with being able to get 2 products in individual orders that reduce acid in food and acidic drinks like tea and wine. They take quite a while to arrive from the date of order but as I always order when I have sufficient to tide me over, that is not an issue. I always make sure I am not going to be away in the near future as well

Thied party testing on their products gives me confidence, easy to order and a well tracked dependable delivery.

I ordered a single item from the Nine Life Ireland website on June 10th having had no indication whatsoever that it was being shipped here from the USA.

As of today, July 1st, I'm still waiting to receive it. The tracking indicates that it is somewhere on mainland Europe. Still showing an estimated delivery date of 29 June.

If this ever arrives, I assume I will be liable for VAT plus the new €3 per item charge.

Very unclear and ambiguous trading!

Update: The item arrived today, 3 July. No additional charges. No idea how or why not but I'll take it gratefully.

Under the instruction of my doctor, I have been taking Famotidine for years. It successfully eliminates my symptoms of GERD, the price is usually reasonable and it is generally available without prescription. NineLife Ireland is an excellent source of this medication. Ordering was simple and the wait time for delivery was moderate. I will definitely reorder from NineLife when my current stock runs low.

Nine life have a great selection of products. I had a problem with delivery, they were very helpful and resent my order. Communication and service is excellent. I would highly recommend Nine Life.
